Raven woke up with a groan. The blinding lights of the medical room hurt her eyes. She blinked and slowly sat up. She winced as her left hip shot pain through.
"Stephen!" She gasped.
"Don't worry!" Said a nurse, "he's sleeping. He woke up an hour before you did." She smiled. Raven was relieved. As the nurse left, Stephen smiled. He opened one eye, then the other. She wakes over to him and cuddled up with him. They sat there in silence for a while.
"Stephen. I've been thinking about living arrangements. I mean there is not enough room in Abby's flat for four of us. I was wondering if I could move to yours, now that we are engaged." He held the hand with the ring and smiled, "Of course you can move in. You're my fiancé now. I'm stuck with you." He laughed.
"You say it it like its a ad thing." She raised an eyebrow.
"I'm only joking love. I love you Raven, I really do." The fell asleep together happily.
The next day they were allowed to go home. Abby was overwhelmed with joy that they were both alive. Cutter wanted to see Stephen so Raven started packing her things.
"Where are you going?" Abby asked, clearly shocked.
"I'm engaged. Doesn't it give you a clue?" Raven replied. Abby was so upset she walked out the house. Raven left and left a dinosaur photo frame with a picture of them on the night she was engaged. With that she left and headed for her new home.
