Chapter 7: First and Last meeting with Helen Cutter

Everyone was confused.
"He told us he would be with you today. Not us." Danny stated.
"Well he told me that he was with you." Leicester said. Without another word they decided to search the A.R.C for Oliver Leek. They split up; Abby, Jenny and Sarah; Becker, Danny and Connor; Stephen and Nick then it left Raven by herself. She said she was ok with it. They went off.

After a while Raven felt like seeing if anyone else had any news. Just then she a door. A door which would usually have the window shutters shut. She walked silently in her dress and heels up to the door. She peered through the window, clutching her silver sword, daggers and matchbox. Inside the room were all the animals and creatures that they had found, including raptors and the smiledon. She gasped as someone entered the room with a remote. They pressed a yellow button then a green one. She noticed anothe remote dangling from the ceiling. The man turned round enough for ner to see it was Stephen. Instantly she busted the door down and entered the room. Animals were being set free. Rex flew up above the lights. The smiledon lunged for Stephen. It's claws dug into his side. She slashed the sword at its throat and it died. She hit the red button on the hanging remote which put up laser cages which killed all the creatures but the future predator remained.
"Well well well. Looks like we have a warrior on our hands. Little Raven Maitland. How sweet. But you missed one out, did you notice?" He mocked in a baby voice.
"I always leave one 'til last, Leek." She scowled as she hit the green button on the remote. The predator was released. It attacked Leek and killed him. It turned round to face a bleeding Stephen. Before she thought about it she had killed the beast in a matter of seconds. She tore off her belt and tied it around Stephens ribs on the wound to put pressure on it. Someone clapped.
"Leek was right. We should never have underestimated you, Raven." Laughed a woman's voice, "Didn't anyone tell you that you should look at someone when they're talking to you?" Raven turned and faced Helen.
"Has anyone told you that you shouldn't mess with things you don't understand?" She replied, lighting a match.
"Has anyone told you not to play with fire?" Helen smirked.
"Has anyone told you that you should never mess with someone who plays with fire?" Helen stepped back, stricken. She turned heel and ran as Raven through the he match at her. It missed. She went after her.

She threw a dagger and landed it square on her spine. Helen was dead. Something slagged Raven's side. She screamed and ran. It pinned her down. She held it off with her sword. Then threw a lit match at its mouth. It howled she stabbed it and it died. Velociraptor.
"Abby!" She cried kneeling next to Stephen,"Someone help! Nick! Anyone!" At that point Abby and the others came through and found her unconscious next to Stephen.
