It's kinda hard to catch because it's kinda hard to write but when Rosalie said "Everything I just described is just me in flashback", she means that the whole story leading up to her crashing was her flashback. She was just reliving what happened. So 1-13 up until Michaels pov when he gets the call is the flashback. Other than that I hope you enjoyed it(:
