It whispers in your ear,
Knowing just what you fear.
But hold it tight,
Make it right.
It finds a way inside,
It makes you abide.
your mind it wills to keep,
You mustn't fall asleep.
Don't let it go,
For it is friend or foe.
Standing tall,
It watches you fall.
You take one Last breath,
As you fall to your mental death.
Your body still here,
But your mind is not near.
