Jax just knocked Lisa out and I can't take this again, she can't take this again just as things were going good. But now everything is going downhill really fast. I look over at Eric and see the fire in his eyes, he's gonna kill Jax I just know it and I'm gonna help.
I'm just crying my eyes out right next and Christina is attempting to calm me down which isn't working whatsoever. I look at Lisa's knocked out body again and that's when I break.
I get up and run out the front door and run down the street, I don't know where I'm running and I don't care. As I'm running I see some families walking together all smiling and laughing and that causes more tears to fall.
After about running about 2 miles I finally stopped and walked to the park.
I walked to my favorite rock and I climbed up it. Lisa and I would come here whenever we needed some time to think, come up with ideas for songs, and just to relax. I didn't even know I was running here until I stopped, this truly is a special spot.
It looks over most of the park and it's beautiful, I remember finding this place.
Flashback:
"Lauren you see that rock?" Lisa asked me pointing towards it and I nodded.
"Let's climb it!" She said and my eyes widened.
"Lisa it's pretty high" I tell her and she shrugs and starts to climb.
"Lisa!" I shout when she lost her footing.
"I'm fine, come up its so pretty up here" she said and I hesitated at first but then started to climb. It took a second to get a good grip on the rocks but I did and climbed it with ease.
"Easy huh?" She said looking at the view and I nod and turn my head and I take in the beautiful scenery before me.
"Let's keep this spot to ourselves okay, this is the Laurisa spot" Lisa tells me and I nod. She wrapped her arm around me and I leaned my head on her shoulder and we looked at the scenery for a long time.
Flashback Over
A single tear came from my eyes as I look back at the memory. God why her of all dam people it has to be my Lisa, what did she ever do? Al she ever wanted to do was make people happy and she was doing it and this is what she gets in return. I pull out my phone and decided to post something.
LaurenCimorelli: Hey guys something happened...I want you all to pray for Lisa and hope she gets home safe.
I clicked post and immediately I'm getting worried tweets.
"What happened?"
"Is Lisa okay?"
"Did someone take her?"
The last one made my tears fall once more.
LaurenCimorelli: Yes guys Lisa was taken I want you guys to pray for her safety.
I clicked post and locked my phone and just watched all the happy families that were below me and I smiled slightly. That used to be us, but now we're just a broken mess.
"Lauren?" I hear and I turn my head slightly and see Luke behind me.
Luke P.O.V
I followed Lauren when she ran out of the house and I saw her run into the park. Dam this girl is fast, I walk through the entrance and I look around for Lauren. Finally I spot her on top of a big rock. Why the heck is she up there?
I go behind it and start climbing up, wow this is really easy to climb who knew? I get to the top and I see Lauren just looking around and I see some tears on her face. God dammit I couldn't even save Lisa, how the heck am I supposed to protect Lauren.
"Lauren?" I whisper and she turns her head slightly and when she sees me she turns her head away. Well okay then, I walk up next to her and sit down.
"Everything's gonna be okay" I tell her softly and I see that she has hair in front of her face so I carefully move it out of her face. I get a good look at her face and see that her eyes are red and puffy and her face is tear stained. I wrap an arm around her and bring her close to me.
That's when she breaks and starts crying and I pull her closer so she just cried into my shirt. I just keep rubbing her back and keep saying soothing words.
"Lisa's a tough girl Lauren, you of all people should know this, Lisa is gonna be okay" I tell her and she shakes her head.
"I should of been there, I should of went with her to your house" she tells me and it kills me, she thinks it's her fault when if anything it's mine.
"No I'm glad you weren't there okay because if I lost you I don't know what I would do." I tell her and she sighs.
"And if anything it's my fault, I couldn't save her so don't go blaming yourself okay?" I tel her and she nods.
"If I lost you I wouldn't be able to function anymore, I've lost 2 people I loved and I can't lose another" I whisper to her and her eyes go wide. Yes I believe I just told her I love her, please tell me I didn't go to fast.
"I'm glad I didn't lose the person I love either" she whispered and I smiled. She loves me! SHE LOVES ME!
I push a piece of hair out of her face and I started leaning in and she did too. This is it Luke, don't screw up.
Finally our lips met each other's and boy when I say there were sparks I mean there were sparks. Her lips were soft and tender and it was the greatest feeling ever. We pulled away and I smiled at her and I pulled her into a big hug.
"I love you Lauren" I tell her
"I love you too Luke" she says and I hug her even tighter and we sit together looking around the park with her head rested on my shoulder. We stayed there for about an hour until I felt some raindrops. I look to Lauren and see that she's asleep on my shoulder so I carefully pick her up, even though it did hurt a bit but I didn't care.
I went down the trail and started walking home with her in my arms. She's pretty light and she looks cute when she's sleeping. I start to quicken the pace when the rain started coming down harder but I finally reached the Cimorelli's. I knocked and a tear stained face Amy opened the door but when she saw Lauren her face filled with worry.
"She's just sleeping" I tell her and she relaxes and I carefully bring her upstairs and place her in her bed. Before I leave I give her a kiss on the forehead.
"I love you Lauren, never forget it" I whisper and walk downstairs and see only Amy, Eric, and Christina down here. I sit on the couch and close my eyes and then I'm engulfed by the darkness.
