Picnic

Today I'm gonna ask Lisa out on a date, it's been a week since the whole accident and everyone in the Cimorelli house is slowly piecing everything together again. Well it's 9:00 in the morning so I might as well get up.
I slide out of bed and lazily walk over to my bathroom and turn on the shower and hop in. About 10 minutes later I come out and pull out my clothes for the date. I'm thinking about a nice picnic in the park. Before I get dressed I quickly text Lisa if she wanted to come.
"Hey Lisa I was wondering if you wanted to go out later?" And within seconds I was giving a reply.
"Sure, how should I dress?"
"Causal but we will be outside, I'll pick you up at 5"
"Okay, see you there!" She responded and I locked my phone. I put on a button up shirt and placed a sweater on over it and put on some black jeans. I walked downstairs and made some breakfast for myself which was pancakes and bacon, Luke is at one of his friends from school at the moment so all the bacon goes to me mwhahaha!
I look at the time and see that it's 11:00, at 1 I'll go set up the picnic so I can just relax for the time being. I take a seat on the couch and start watching duck dynasty.
I've been watching it for a long time so that I lost track of time and when I checked it was 1:30, shoot. I hop up and go into the kitchen and grab a few candles, and a few blankets.
I put it in the car and drive to a nice cliff that's overlooking the ocean. I place the blankets on the ground and set up the candles around it but I don't light them yet. I go back to my car and see that it's already 3:00, it's about a half hour drive to this place so I just gotta go get food and then set it up.
I started to speed off to the nearest pizza place and got a plain pizza pie. I also got her favorite raspberry iced tea and me a water, simple and original I know but oh well. I drive back to the spot and put the pizza down and placed our drinks next to it and lit candles up. I check the time and see that it's 4:15, well I guess it's time to go get Lisa then. I hop in my car and drive off in the direction of the Cimorelli house.
Lisa P.O.V
Eric is coming in 45 minutes and I have no idea what I'm wearing, crap I need help.
"LAUREN!" I shout and Lauren came running in with a worried face.
"What happened! Who's hurt?!" She shouted and I laughed.
"Help me find out what to wear" I tell her and she looks at me like I'm crazy.
"I thought you were dying, but yes I'll help." She told me and went into my closest and pulled out random clothes and put it up against me. I told her all the details about what we were doing which wasn't much but she managed to pick out a nice blue floral type dress and I put it on right away and she helped me with my hair and makeup.
I then heard the doorbell ring and knew that it was Eric and I walked downstairs to see him in a very cute sweater talking to Amy.
Amy has been doing pretty well since he accident yet she still has her moments when she's in pain but she's recovering.
"Hey Lise, ready to go?" He asked me and I nodded.
"You betta take care of her Eric" Amy said as we walked out.
"You bet my life I would" he said and Amy smiled and shut the door. I get into the passenger seat of his Camaro and he starts driving.
"Where are we going?" I asked him
"It's a surprise; but don't worry food is covered" he said and I nodded.
About had an hour later he was pulling up to the top of a cliff and I saw a picnic set up that was lit by candles. That is so freaking cute!
We both got out and we both sat down and he uncovered a pizza box, YES!
"Your favorite meal and drink my lady" he said in an accent which made me laugh. We sat down and we're eating the pizza and having a really good time. We finally finished and I got up and overlooked the ocean, it's so freaking beautiful.
"Pretty isn't it" he said standing next to me and I nodded. He pulled out his phone and we took a picture together and he posted it on his Twitter and insta and of course people would be asking if we are a couple and stuff. I quickly pull out my phone and looked at his picture and the caption was
"Two beautiful things in one picture"
"Awe that was an adorable caption!" I squealed and he laughed, he grabbed my hand and faced me.
"Lisa, ever since I've moved here you've been the one thing that's been on my mind, your the strongest and most loyal girl I've ever known. Your beautiful, your loving and caring, talented and most of all you've been there for me. I can't imagine a life without you, I love you Lisa so you Lisa Michelle Cimorelli, can I have the honor of calling you my beloved girlfriend?"
I felt tears go down my cheeks, no one has ever said that to me. I nod my head and bury it into his chest while I silently cried and he cupped my face and pulled me into the most passionate kiss ever, we pulled apart and he was smiling ear to ear as was I.
He pulled me into the warmest and gentlest hug ever, I really don't want this night to ever end. This truly is a magical night, I quickly pulled out my phone and took a picture of us hugging and posted it on Instagram and Twitter,
"He was freedom, he was magic, I was on fire, it was tragic. This has been the best night of my life"
I quickly posted it and I was getting tons of notifications about us but I didn't care at this point and I just held onto Eric, I think he is the one.

A/N: Okay guys here's the next chapter but sadly this story is coming to a end, but I will be starting a new story and I have a decent plot for one but if you have any suggestions don't hesitate to tell me! But dam that is legit like my dream date right there 😂 hoped y'all liked it!
