Well, in the chapter Battles, when Lukas tries to remind Petra of the good times they had, when he's talking about the other Ocelots, Maya and Aiden's names are in bold, and the hint is:
I'm making you wait, I'm so bold!
It's just a little clue to what this book would be about.
I don't think anyone's actually figured that out yet...
