Chapter 5

First impressions are the most important...

You're right in front of the apartment of the guy who saved your life almost six months ago..

You're anxious about meeting this person since you only so very little about him. You tried to enter the building without any consent but you were shocked to see an elderly woman by the lobby, little that you know that she was the landlady of the building.

"I-I'm sorry, ma'am. I thought this place was empty"

You said as you bowed down to her..

Then you asked the landlady to let you in and she happily complied. You bowed  to her once more and trailed off

You sighed as you climbed the stairs...

So much for a ghost town...

You saw the room number of Saitama-san's unit.

*knock knock knock*

"hmm seems no one's home"

You sat beside the door and waited for Saitama-san to come back.

"heh must be hero work or something"

You sat still as you waited

and waited..

"wow. He must be really busy filling up his weekly quota"

and waited

"gosh it's already 3 pm"

and waited

"He really quite busy is he?"

and waited some more

"WOW I'VE JUST MADE ANOTHER HORRIBLE DECISION!!"

It's already 8pm and no sign of life is sought throughout the building...

"well I guess I wouldn't make any progress if I starve here to death"

You got out of the building and brought food from a vending machine. You got back inside the building and saw someone enter the room

'Yes! Finally!'  you thought

You approached the room to greet the resident

"Hi nice to meet you, sir..." you started

"I am (y/n)(l/n) and I would like to b--oof!"

You stopped midway when someone cornered you out of  the blue.

"Who are you? what's your business here?"

"uhm..eh..you see..."

You noticed that your captor is somewhat familiar and then it hit you..

It's Demon Cyborg, the newbie hero who's on the rave for instantly climbing up the S Class just after joining the Hero Association

"I'm asking what's your business here?!"

You didn't respond to his question but you just simply stared at him.

Starstruck?

Maybe.

Flustered?

Yep.

Your faces were only inches apart and you could feel your own heartbeat drumming as you hear his engines whirring..

"I-is Saitama-san er  Caped Baldy in here?" You managed to say

"How did you know about Saitama-sensei's  He said as he inched towards you to the point that you two are almost going to kiss

For a while now you've been stalking Saitama for a while after browsing the Hero Association webpage.

After he smashed the deadly meteor that almost destroyed cities and killed you, you instantly browsed the Association's webpage to look for that hero you're left empty handed. You almost gave up on searching when you stumbled upon an online forum concerning about a hero taking credit from other heroes. You were almost certain that it was bullcrap until one chatter opened a topic about the hero taking all the credit when he smashed the meteor and raised his rank tremendously.That's when you got your lead, you searched for this hero's profile. You found Caped Baldy and you're certain that he's the one who saved your life.

"I did a little research...wait 'sensei'? He's your teacher?"

You must've misheard what he said but you can't believe someone like him is Saitama's student

"That's none of your business"  He coldly said

" Hold on a sec, you're really his student??"

"I'm wasting my time here" he lets go of you and went straight back to the room

"Wait I'm not done talkin--"

You followed him inside but probably to the dim lighting you tripped on something

You fell hard on the wooden floor and almost wanted slap yourself for being such a klutz.

"You fell" He said without any emotion

"Thanks, Captain Obvious"

"I'm not a captain"

He said tilting his head while looking at you...

"It's an expression, well I guess I'll come back when Saitama-san's home .Please excuse me"

You were about to leave when he grabbed your hand and  you're staring at his golden orbs once more...

"uhhm"

"Oi Genos, what are you stil--...wait who's that??"

You felt relived as you heard the voice of a savior..

First he saved you from an apocalyptic disaster..
Then save you once again from a very awkward conversation..
That guy is truly remarkable..

Demon Cyborg lets go of your hand and you went straight to Saitama..

"Saitama-san, I'm (Y/N)(L/N) and I would like to be your disciple"

You bowed at him and hopefully that would make up for the crappy first impression you had with Demon Cyborg..
