WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING LION!" I heard Medusa's voice inside my head.

"Don't give in to those urges! My spell is playing tricks on you Lion! Remember who you are and your mission!"

She snapped at me. And before Violet could sink her teeth into my neck I stopped her, which caused her to whimper.

"What? What's wrong?" She asked me, sad that she didn't get to claim me. And I wanted her to. I wanted to be hers until Medusa stopped me. Who is this girl?

"I'm sorry V. I really just don't feel well." I moved from in between her legs and walked away. She chased after me.

"Lion...baby. Please talk to me. What's going on?"

"I told you, I'm just not in the best place right now for that, plus I'm getting a really bad headache."

"Well let me help you babe. Just relax for me. I'll take care of you." She smirked while coming closer to me and rubbing her hands against my chest. I couldn't. I couldn't let her touch me, it'll weaken me. She weakens me. There was only one thing to do to get her away from me. I pushed her away, trying to make the most disgusted face I could at her.

"Violet I said stop! I'm not feeling this right now alright." I raised my voice a bit. Hopefully she gets the point.

"Lion I'm just trying to make you feel better." she explained.

"So I tell you that I'm not feeling well and you think your sexual medicine is going to help? Let me know when you have Tylenol and then get back to me." I was about to walk away but she grabbed my arm forcefully pulling me back. Who in the hell does she think she is grabbing me that way! I am Alpha! THE Alpha! And my Luna will not embarrass me like this in front of all these people!

I tore her grip away from my arm, I held on to her wrist and dragged her back towards the car, but a little further. I made sure we were far away so no one could see or hear us. "If you ever grab me like that again you won't like the outcome Violet." I told her harshly. I would never hit her, I only said it so she would never do it again.

"Why are you acting like this towards me Lion! What did I do to deserve this...this other side of you?" She screamed at me.

"Don't you dare talk to me about what you deserve and don't deserve!" I roared back at her. Grabbing the back of her neck and squeezing hard while pulling her closer to my face. She just looked at me puzzled, her eyes becoming glossy. Her heart was beating so fast that I thought she was going to pass out.

"Who are you?" She whispered to me. It's then that I realized my grip was too hard and I loosened it. Thinking about my family and what her people done made me angry at her. Her saying what did she do to deserve this upset me more than anything. My anger was getting the best of me, not only was it ruining my plan but I was hurting her. And I didn't want to hurt her.

"Forget it Violet...I just need a little space right now." And with that I turned and walked away. I needed to get my head on straight. I didn't bother to turn around because I knew what I would see. She was hurt. I hurt her feelings and I could hear in her mind how she was blaming herself. I felt like shit and my wolf was not happy at what I just did back there but I couldn't let my father down, I had to put those feelings to the side and remember that they aren't real.

The way I feel about her isn't real.

I walked back up to the group who were playing an intense game of beer pong.
