Neal and rumple didn't want to get in trouble so they hid Dean in the basement and fed him daily.
Killian and Emma were still sleeping lets just say they are in a coma and if they didn't wake up they would have to let them go there was no family to either of them and then there was.
There was a crashing through the door "hi I'm Ava I heard my son was here!"
"Ok ma'am what's your sons name?" Dr.grey said
"Killian,Killian Jones!" Ava said
"Ok ma'am there is a women in the same room."
"What can I get him a private room."
"Umm well she has an engagement ring on so I'm assuming they were together."
"There was a lady who said they were holding hands with their son until a truck stopped in front of them a stabbed them and took the boy."
"Oh my god are they ok?
Have you found the boy"
"Emma and Killian are in a coma thank god your here or we would've had to let them go."
"Ok is there paperwork I have to sign to be able to see them."
"No we just need to see your license to prove your his mother what about the girl we looked she has no family she was in foster care. We can sign her over to you if you'd like."
"Yes please,she will eventually be my daughter so yes."
"Ok."
