Even though Tigress missed getting up and seeing her friends faces everyday, she pushed through.

All morning she kept going back and forth wondering, thinking about how lonely she felt with the absence of her comrades. More than anything she wondered how Viper was holding up.

There had been many a time that she confided in the serpent. Nothing too whole heartily but enough to indicate how she might have been feeling that week or day. Viper, sweet and caring Viper, only knew kind words to encourage her that everything isn't what it seemed.

Even though she had pondered the idea of heading out on her own out loud, and in front of Viper no less, the fangless master had to admit that even she knew the world to be cruel. At the same time she also knew that Tigress had a more rough time in her childhood compared to the rest.

Then becoming one of few female kung fu masters in all of China. Showing everyone how serious she took in defending the valley. Just another reason why she admires Tigress.

She does remember that Viper stated she would support Tigress and any choice she makes however Tigress sees fit.

The pros and cons of her decision have started to make her second guess herself. Especially with having been a part of the Furious Five for many years and now the dragon warrior. Wait, she thought to herself. That's it. It was that she missed being apart of something. But why? She could and has done nearly everything alone before.

Tigress has had enough of mentally arguing with herself for the time being. Another hour to wait until she was suppose to meet up with that young girl about a job. Working at a orphanage wasn't too bad. Then again she loved kids and was once an orphan too. Perhaps with her background and her abilities as a Kung Fu master, she could help a lot.

She took a few steps down stairs. She heard something; a heavy creak. As if someone of a large mass was trying to move swiftly across the floor boards. It's just my imagination.

She brushed off and continued downstairs, reaching the kitchen that was off to her right at the foot of the stairs. Deciding that it was hungry, Tigress' stomach growled. She only had cucumbers to eat, but that was okay because she liked them.

Walking over to the counter where the basket of cucumbers sat, she picked one up and snapped it in half. Tigress usually didn't eat a whole lot nor did she really care for sweets. Taking a bite out of the vegetable she chewed it a few times before swallowing. She repeated this until the half was fully consumed.

She heard it again. She doubt it was the house. It should have gotten use to someone walking through it because it doesn't creek as much as it first did when Tigress moved in.

Swiftly she crept next to the kitchen's entrance. She looked both ways. To her right, was the short corridor that lead to a tiny living space. To her left was a few paces to a small table with a painting above it. The painting had a vase of flowers with the setting Sun's light projecting onto it, making it cast a shadow in the same direction. Again, there was nothing to worry about. The silence must be getting to her. It was about time she get out for a little while. Just to get some fresh air and some exercise. She exited her home and made her way through the forest.

Tigress had been walking for at least fifteen minutes if not more, yet she still couldn't shake off the eyes that seemed to be following her. The feeling was strange and scary. She felt trapped but at the same time free. As if their eyes is what kept her close enough without having to physically touch her.

Tigress just shakes the feeling off. Checking her purse to see how much she's made from doing little things such as help fixing a hole in someone's roof. The man thank her and she just felt glad she helped him when she did because if she hadn't, he would have fell off that roof of his and possibly could have killed himself, leaving a wife and two children behind.
