The assignment

"So, he took you bowling after y'all went to the movies?" "Yes, Eris he did," I said closing my locker shut, facing the two losers. "Ohh what else did you guys do, did he kiss you, did he ask you out again?" As soon as I was about to answer I felt arms wrap around my waist and lips on my neck. "I did kiss her and I did ask her out but unfortunately she told me she would answer on the fifth date" I smile at the girls as they giggle and point at Luca who's just casually rocking us back and forth. " oh hush, you know you said you'll wait as long as I wanted for me" I say smiling up at him, then kissing his cheek. "Awee you guys are so cute...Eris where's my boyfriend I miss him" India yells just to turn around into Shaun's arms. "Oh my gosh, babe I missed you," India says as she jumps on him squeezing him to her chest. "She's my Best friend, and honestly I don't know how that happens," I say to Luca as I lean into him.

Everyone was having their own little conversation, I just stood there watching them until I heard the 2-minute bell. "May I walk you to class" "yes you may." He put his hand in mine walking me to my 3rd class, home economics. "I'll see you at lunch?" "Yea," I say and kiss him right as Andrew is about to walk through the door. He looks up at me, shakes his head and walks in the class. "What's his problem" "umm I don't know but I'll see you later okay" he nods his head and runs to his third before the bell rang. I sat down at my desk which was across from Andrews. I did everything in my power not to look at him. Mr. Lancaster walks in and slams his book on his desk to get everyone's attention. "Okay class today I'm assigning you guys partners and we are going to do a budget project" everyone started whining until he cleared his voice. "Oh hush, y'all will be fine anyway I will draw what your budgeting for and you guys need to plan and present it. He started grabbing for a small piece of paper and reading names of "Sarah and Jake a birthday party" John and Isabella a Christmas party"  "umm Mr. L don't you think I should be paired with Drew?" "Well since you said something, now that I'm looking at the list...Noo! now let me finish." I laughed at her thirstiness and began to zone out because he was taking to long to call my name and I started to play my game. I was probably playing for a good 10 minutes until I heard my name. "Jay and Drew, a wedding and a baby shower...oh double" I just stared at my teacher. Like what the hell I have to plan for a damn wedding and a baby shower...he just wants to complicate my freaking life doesn't he. "Alright, you guys have been assigned your budget get to work" as he goes to his computer drew walks over and sits by me very calm like.

"So I guess we are getting married," I say nervously laughing while looking down at the desk."Yea, you're coming over today to help out say right?" "Yea" "Well, I guess I'll take you to the house and after you're done with saying we can work on our project." I just stared at him, his eyes were so beautiful and intense. His hair was just sitting on top of his head and his lips look so soft. They made me think about our kiss again which cause me to blush. "Jacquelyn, did you hear me?" I came back to reality and I quickly started to think about Luca...wow this is gonna be hard. "Yea umm cool, I'll see you at your car" "yea whatever" just as I was about to say something, the bell rings and he gets up and leaves. All I know is that this project is going to give me hell.

Lunch
"So today in home Econ, we got assigned a budget project," I told the girls as I wait for them to get their food. "Oooh, I got stuck planning a baby shower but  I'm working with Shaun...soo I'm okay," India said as she paid for her food. "I get to plan an engagement party and I'm working with Abel," Eris said blushing. "Ooooh, girl you better get on him, he is so cute"
India yells causing the who cafeteria to look our way. "Bitttcch, stop yelling, anyway who and what did you get?" I looked at them for a minute and blushed. "Andrew and I are planning a wedding and a baby shower." They stared at me for a moment like they were frozen in time. "Uhh hello guys, can you hear me ?" When we finally made it to the table India screamed. "Oh my gosh...Oooh that's gonna be crazy and think of the drama"
She said shoving fries into her mouth. "I don't want drama and I don't want this to be crazy"
I pouted for a minute until I felt an arm around me. "Hey babe what's wrong," he asked grabbing a bite of my sandwich. "Your girl here has to plan a wedding and a baby shower with Andrew," Eris said biting into an apple. "Awes it's gonna be okay, it's not that bad," Luca told me as he kissed my cheek. The only thing I thought was if only he knew how bad it would be. The lunch bell rang making me say goodbye to everyone and walk slowly to class because one I didn't want to go and two we weren't doing anything in there. Drew and I working together can go two ways. One, we act civilized(doubt it), finish the project, and maybe just maybe become friends. The second way (the most likely way) we fight, ignore each other, finish the project, I yell at him and he ends up kissing me again. I'm slick praying for the first one, I hate drama.

End of school day
"Ugh, where is this boy he takes to damn long to get to his car." I've been waiting like 20
Minutes for Drew to come out and yet he's still not freaking here. I start playing color switch on my phone when he suddenly appears in my face scaring the hell out of me. "Why did you do that...ugh come on I'm hot" he stared at me then unlocked the car. As I got into the car I noticed it was very nice and clean, I put my seatbelt on and waited for him to start the car. He turns on the radio and "nothing but trouble" comes on and all I could think about was "Yeah Charlie put, you are so right"
We finally made it to his house, and I quickly jumped out the car damn near killing myself to get to the door with Drew following right behind me, not even caring that I almost died...fucker. As soon as Andrew unlocked the door I was attacked by a little monster. "Yay yay, I missed you so much" He could never say the J in Jay Jay so I'm yay yay. "Awwe Zavier I missed you too you little monster" I picked him up swinging him around until I was interrupted by a voice. "Really Zay, you're a traitor" he just started giggling. " I'll be upstairs if you guys need me" we just nodded our heads and went to the living room. "Alright monster, we are going to do your math and then after we can make cookies, what do you think about that?" He just nodded his head really fast.

We finally finished and made our way to the kitchen. "Zay grabs the cookie dough mix and brownie mix" "okay" he rushed to the cabinet to grab the mix, as I went to the fridge and grabbed the milk and eggs. "Yay yay, I got it" "Oooh good job, now go grab a bowl" he placed the stuff on the counter and grabbed his favorite yellow bowl, placing it on the counter. Alright let get to work, I put my hair up in a bun, washed me and Zay's hands and put on "Cha Cha."

By the time the song was done we already but the chocolate chip brownie cookies in the oven and now we are waiting. "Yay" "yes boo" " why were you gone for so long" I looked at him for a minute about to answer until the oven dinged. "Ohh, cookies are done, Zay." He quickly runs up to me as I'm pouring him a glass of milk and put 2 cookies on his plate. "Be careful, it's hot" he just nodded his head and bit into the cookie burning his tongue. "Yay yay that was hot" I just laughed as he quickly drank some of his milk. "Zay, I'm going to Drew's room are you coming or staying downstairs?" "I stay downstairs" I went and put on some show on Netflix for him then I put 6 cookies on my plate, grab two glasses of milk and walked up to Drew's room. I knocked on the door just for him to answer shirtless. "Umm, I made cookies would you like some?" He just nodded his head letting me in his room taking the plate from me. I sat on his bed, grabbed a notebook and a cookie. "Alright let's get started."
