After the homeroom bell rang, I hopped out of my seat, not waiting for Miranda. I wanted to get to Mr. Parker's class early today. I was the first one in his classroom.
"Long time no see, Miss Davis." Mr. Parker smirked as he said this sarcastically.
"It's so cold in your room." I said, rubbing my arms. It was colder than it usually was in his room.
"Do you want my jacket..." he stands up, "again?" He laughs a little.
"Yes sir." I said kind of flirtatious as he tosses me his jacket. Feels good to have it back on again.
"How's that? Better?"
"Much." I smelt the jacket and I guess it was kind of obvious because he laughed.
"Does it smell like me?"
I didn't say anything and rolled my eyes, even though my face was burning from embarrassment.
I took my seat and the rest of the class started piling in.
"Good morning class," Mr. Parker says as he paces the front of the classroom. "Now I know this is one thing I should have done in the beginning of the year, but I want to play a little game. We are going to go around the classroom and say our name and give a little bit of facts about ourselves. Let's start with...Carter!"
Oh gosh.
"My name is Carter Davis and I am an only child."
"That's boring." Mr. Parker blurts out.
"Mhm."
"Okay then, next Micheal."
After 20 long minutes of that game. It was Mr. Parker's turn but before he said anything I felt my phone buzz.
I slyly pull it out and read the text:
this ones for you;)
It was from Mr. Parker.
"Hello everyone. My name is Bryce Parker. I am single and 24 years old," He looks over at me,"I live with my dog, Cooper."
I don't reply to his message. But I did roll my eyes. I couldn't help but smile to myself. He is adorable.
The rest of class all the did was watch a video on poetry. Boring.
5 minutes until the bell rang, Mr. Parker asked if I could stay after and talk to him, I agreed.
I look back at Miranda and she smirked. I stuck my tongue out and furrowed my eyebrows, acting childish.
After class I stayed behind. I remained seated at my desk. He got up and closed to door. He had the glass part of his door covered with posters.
"What do you want?" I asked flirtatiously. I don't know what has gotten into me. He's my teacher, cut it out Carter.
"Like you don't know what I want." He said still standing by the door. I got up and leaned my butt against his desk.
"I don't know, Bryce." I said, emphasizing his name. He was looking right into my eyes. He started to walk towards me, not breaking our eye contact.
"You." He whispered.
Was I hearing him right? No.
"What?"
"You. I want you, Carter." His body was now almost pressed up against mine. His warm breath tickled my face. As I was looking up at him. He has to be 6'3" while I was standing at 5'10".
We were standing there, still. I stared at his lips. And I could tell he was staring at mine.
"Damn it. Just do it already." I said. He put his hands on my cheeks. Then, pressed his lips against mine, slowly at first, but he started to build up the pressure. I reacted fast, kissing him back almost immediately.
This felt so wrong, yet so right. I was kissing my teacher.
After a couple minutes of his lips on mine, he pulled back.
"Get to class." He smirked.
I shook my head yes. That damn man left me speechless. I started to walk out of his classroom.
"Carter?"
I turned around and looked at him.
"I'm taking you home."
"Okay." I whispered because that's the loudest I could talk at the moment.
••••••
The rest of my classes went by fast. I stopped at Mr. Parkers room at dismissal. We couldn't leave immediately because we didn't want anyone seeing us leaving together.
"Hey Mr. Parker." I smiled.
"Bryce," He corrected me, "How are you?"
"Fine." I said, not lying. I wasn't great but I wasn't bad. I wanted to kiss him again.
"Carter-" He got cut off just as another man walks walks in.
"Hey man!" The guy says.
"Jackson what the hell do you want?" Bryce says frustrated.
"Oh sorry bro. Didn't know you had a lady in here with ya," Jackson says in his defense. I blushed. "Hi, I'm Jackson Young. Bryce's best friend."
"I'm Carter, Bryce's student."
"Damn, you got a hot one." Jackson says going in for a high five to Bryce. I must admit, Jackson was being a little disrespectful.
"What do you want Jackson?" Bryce said, shaking his head and closing his eyes.
"I need to talk to you real quick."
"I'm talking to Carter right now. Can it wait?"
"No, no. It's fine. I'll step out."I said, standing up.
"Thanks Carter, we'll be quick."
"Yeah thanks!"
I stepped out of the classroom.
I stood outside of the door so I could hear what they are talking about.
"Dude, she's beautiful." Jackson says in a hushed tone.
"Yeah I know. But more like gorgeous." Bryce said. I got weak in my knees hearing him say that.
"Anyways, I am going on a date tonight and I need you to double date. Do you want me to hook you up?" Jackson asks.
"I'll go, but I don't want you bringing someone for me."
"Then what are you going to do? Third wheel?" Jackson laughed and I giggled a little.
"No, I have someone who I want to bring."
"Who?" Jackson asked, sounding confused.
"Olivia."
My jaw dropped to the floor when I heard him say another girls name. No way was he serious.
