Dear new girlfriend,

For starters, this is not a hate letter. Although admittedly, I envy you for having the guy that I have loved for so lang. Just want you to know what you have.

He ain't perfect. He doesn't know how to cook- he can turn a meal into cinder. He doesn't even know how to sing a tune perfectly. He always tends to forget things. He is hardheaded. He is moody. He has a volcanic temper. His room  is just like a jungle because he doesn't like cleaning. He doesn't want others touching his most-prized SMALLVILLE collection. He doesn't want others looking at you. He is possessive and so over-protective. He tends to over-react with everything about you. He hates chick flicks but he loves cartoons. He is so childish he'll tease you with every opportunity he can get till you cry.

But he'll do anything just to make you happy eventhough he'll look crazy. He'll watch TITANIC for 100 times and endure you crying in his shoulder while blubbering why did Jack have to die if that's what you want. He'll say sorry and comfort you even if it takes forever when he saw a tear fell from your eyes. And he'll even let you throw pieces of his most-prized SMALLVILLE collection just so you'll be happy.

Treat him okay. Make him feel that he is special.

Always be there for him. He always acts tough around his friends, but it's just an act.

Laugh at his jokes, eventhough they aren't funny. It makes him happy seeing that smile on your face.

Listen to his words, eventhough he just kept on saying about his favorite basketball team and how costly and flashy his dream car is. It makes him feel like your always interested to listen to him.

Never be the one to let go of his hugs firsr, it puts a huge smile on his face with the feeling that you can't let him go.

Always hold his hand when he reach for it, it will make him feel like he can conquer the world because your by his side.

Be proud of him when you are with him, it makes him feel like he owns you.

Appreciate his efforts, eventhough they're too mushy, it makes him feel loved.

Cheer for him when he sings for you, eventhough he sounds like a broken record. It makes him feel that in his imperfection, you are very willing to accept and love him.

At the end of the night, hug him tightly, it makes him have a goodnight sleep.

Tell him "I love you" everyday, it makes him feel that you two are inseperable.

Comfort him when he's jealous, it makes him grin like a fool.

And realize you have  a great guy when your dating him.

Because he is one of the best I ever had.

Sincerely,

His ex-girlfriend
