Jackie
Jackie grabbed the large bags and took out the clothes to spread them out on the bed. She picked a pair of blue jeans and a gray shirt. Jackie looked over at the set of clothes for Matty. She tried to buy clothes that were along his fashion choices. Jackie had to go to a lot of different stores to find atleast 6 shirts that Matty liked.
Matty wasn't really picky, he just knew he would never wear some of the clothes again so did it really matter either way? But these clothes are makin memories so they had to be nice clothes. They'll probably also be in the back of his closet to gather dust.
Jackie scanned Matty's new clothes again. She grabbed a shirt and some black trousers that Matty begged Jackie to get for him. Looking at the group of boxer briefs piled onto each other Jackie took one quickly and went over to put them in the bathroom for Matty to put on once he finished showering.
Jackie looked at the small packets of makeup from MAC, something Matty begged for Jackie to get him. He asked for bright colors, which she did get, but also got soft colors. She hardly knew anything about makeup, one of the reasons why she didn't wear much. But she did ask a worker for help, so that was useful.
Now, that she thought about it, it would've been easier if Matty just went with her instead of FaceTiming the whole time that Jackie was at the mall and Matty stayed in the room watching some movie he was into.
After doing some research online Jackie found out that a mauve eyeshadow and a light pink lipstick color will work just fine. Jackie dug into the makeup bag and got out those things, that she luckily had bought.
Matty came out the bathroom 15 minutes later and moved some of the clothes to lay down, "You said you were going to do my makeup so we can go out and eat." Matty let out a deep breath and closed his eyes before looking up at the white ceiling.
"I am, let me just shower and I'll do your makeup once I'm out." Jackie got up and picked up her clothes.
Matty grabbed her wrist, "I don't like this shirt." Matty made an expression that showed he was going to kill her.
"I asked you if you liked it, you said yes," Jackie shrugged, "Not my fault you weren't there."
"I was watching the moooviiee." Matty whined letting go of Jackie's wrist and throwing himself back in disappointment.~
"Okay, Matty" Jackie walked over to him as he sat up and his eyes scanned her body up and down.
"Mm, that looks nice on you," Matty squinted and then opened his eyes wide.
"Thank you, I chose it." Jackie teased.
"I want that one." Matty pointed to the bright red lipstick that stuck out of the bag.
"I'm actually using these two," Jackie held out the other colors that she set aside for Matty.
"But they're so boring." Matty threw himself back again, "Just like this stupid shirt." He pulled at the bottom of it.
"You chose it. It looks nice on you, I like it." Jackie complimented Matty as she crawled over him to start applying the eye primer.
Matty kept purposely blinking which caused Jackie to smack him upside the head. "No need to be abusive, you're also on me. That's sexual abuse enough."
Jackie tried to ignore him and looked next to him taking the eye shadow and putting it on. She finished with one eye and moved her hand to fix the other, "You want eyeliner?" She asked closing the cap for the primer.
"Yeah, but no wing, knowing how you are." Matty rolled his eyes he knew Jackie was terrible at makeup. His makeup artist have to help her whenever she wanted to wear it and some how Jackie would end up messing it up, probably from running around and pouring cool water on her face if she got hot.
Jackie sighed, "Yeah, yeah. I get it." She rolled her eyes and started lightly putting on the eyeshadow.
"This sucks," Matty squeezed Jackie's thigh.
"What does?" She concentrated on not messing up Matty's left eyelid.
"This image I portray," Matty said dramatically then flipped his hair back. He opened his right eyelid to see Jackie with lips pressed tightly together and eyebrows furrowed. He waited for a response.
Jackie simply hummed, "What do you mean?"
"I mean, my whole careless ways," Matty closed his eyes and let his shoulders rest back.
"It's an act?" Jackie
"Well no, but it's just stressful, I suppose. All these people expect you too not give a damn and sometimes you feel if you don't care too much they'll give up on you and maybe you're their last light of hope."
"Oh Matty." Jackie finished fixing his eye makeup and kissed the top of his forehead.
Matty wrapped his arms around her and lifted his head to kiss her. His hands slid down to squeeze her bottom. Jackie moved his hands off her and intertwined their fingers together, "Let's go eat."
"I want lipstick first." Matty looked at her and proceeded to pout like a child.
"Alright, alright." Jackie grabbed the lipstick and pulled Matty's lip out to put it on. "Hopefully, when you learn how to do your own makeup you won't need me." She closed the lipstick and got off of Matty to get off the bed."
"Aw, sweetheart, I'll still bother even when I learn how to do this." Matty stood up from the bed and combed his curls with his fingers.
"I'm not sure how I should take that." Jackie viewed Matty has he got the car keys and began spinning it on one finger.
"Hm, wasn't an insult." Matty sneered at his girl and held open the front door for her, "Let's go."
