Jackie
Maybe it was Jackie? Right? She was probably just making up things. But seeing the looks that the boys would give her, told otherwise. Had it just been a bad couple of days for Matty? If it was- she knew that Matty would tell her. But he hasn't so what made him all grumpy?

Jackie entered Matty's dim lit dressing room after knocking, since she knew she couldn't handle Matty's annoying behavior anymore. "Matty, so I was able to write down some of the ideas you had told me about the new set list for the North American tour and I-"
   "I told you to hand that to me tomorrow, when I'm not busy." Matty rolled his eyes as he scrolled through his phone. The bright screen made the dark bags under his eyes look even worse then they have been in the longest time.
"You don't seem busy now," Jackie mumbled turning the lights up brighter and walking to a dresser to lay the papers on it.
Matty stood up almost immediately walked over to grab the papers. His eyes quickly scanned the papers then he moved on to the next couple of pages, Jackie stood there silently waiting for him to finish. Matty dropped them on the floor, "Hm, I don't need them I already have everything set for the fall tour."
Staring down at the papers Jackie clenched her fist together trying to calm down from getting too angry, "Then why did you make me write all of that for you?"
"No reason, just thought I should give you something to do since you hardly help in anything." Matty shrugged as he scanned at Jackie's facial expressions.
"Me not doing anything? Since I've gotten back Jamie had given me a shit ton of work to do all you do here is make things harder for me." Jackie's voice slightly raised now because God knows she still needs this job.
"Well you're not the fucking one busting your ass off on stage nearly every bloody night! Now are you?!" Matty's voice much louder than Jackie's almost like he wanted other people to hear their arguments.
"Well oh my fucking God, I'm always running back and forth not just because of Jamie or Adam or whomever, but because of you. You make me do the stupidest shit...!"
"Oh now victimize yourself, if you will! I'm just trying to make your job more meaningful, you should thank me." Matty's dark eyes burned into Jackie, the way he looked her made her want to throw up into a pit and then fall into that pit.
"Meaningful? Really? Listen I worry about you-"
"I have never told you to worry about me! I don't need you or anyone to worry about me! I swear ever since we came back from California you have lost your plot-"
Jackie let her hand unclench and less than a second she let it fly flat right on Matty's face, maybe it was even instinct. She saw how his face snapped to the side and his hand touch his cheek, she almost regretted it until she heard him laughing.
Without thinking once again she stormed out the room and made her way home.

Taking off her shoes before walking in, Jackie felt exhausted. She just wanted to throw herself on her bed and sleep for a week. But she needed to let Jamie know that she left early, before she was able to do that she saw messages from the group chat.

Adam😎: "Jay, we could hear you guys arguing are you alright?"
George👽: "Not that we need to know what's wrong."
Adam😎: "Unless it affects the band."
Ross🐧: "She read it 🤔"
John💋: "Probably the read receipts"
George👽: "We're worried."

After that John had sent a photo with a drink in his hand and the all the guys sitting next to him. They were all on their phone besides Ross who leaned in closer to John to take the photo.
Jackie sat on her bed and began typing to let them know she had went home and asked if they could let Jamie know. Which Ross replied on how Jamie was okay with it and that she should stay home until the tension goes down. It hadn't been a big deal, had it? If it was, she should just stay home for awhile a day or two.
But it's good, that way things do cool down between them so they could go back to working fine. If he continues for her to work there.
