Chapter 7

NIALLS POV

Alex drops us off at a great pine tree that looks fairly easy to climb. Before she runs with her pack into the field that Jason's pack is waiting in, she digs a little. Zayn, Harry, Louis, Liam and I cock our heads to the side confused until we hear a click. Alex steps back and nudges Zayn forward then Harry, Louis, Liam, and I. I look down into the hole she dug. Guns. A.K 47's are in the hole. Zayn bends and grabs one, hands it to Liam, Harry and so fourth. Alex turns to leave but I run in front of her and hug her possibly for the last time. Liam joins me which kinda made me curious because he was freaking out about what she was last night. I don't care, not this time anyway. Harry comes and joins the hug too with Louis and Zayn right behind him.

"Win the battle won't you love?" Louis asks with tears sliding down his face. Not sobbing just tears falling. Harry and the other boys where tearing up too. I think I was the worst out of all of them. I really like Alex and maybe even...love her. She nods her head. Then disappears behind the bush and growls as she enters the field. We quickly climb the tree to see what is about to happen. Alex stalks slowly and growls bearing her teeth and letting her claws the size of knives slip out. Jason is still in his human form unlike his army which growls every time Alex takes a step. She stops and growls.

"Alex, babe how long it's been. I missed you." He says slyly.

"Just get your ass out of MY territory before I tear you apart!" She says clearly angry and territorial. She doesn't even let him respond when her pack and herself charge at Jason's pack. Jason turns just as Alex collides with him rolling in the grass. She ends up on top of him. Pinning him to the ground. Her beautiful black coat making it very hard to see her. She growls then without hesitation claws his stomach and a swipe across his face. He cries in pain and rolls to be on top of Alex but she jumps off before he can get on top of her. Then he does the unexpected and howls. His wolves that aren't dead or dying get up and run after Jason who runs to the boarder. Alex fallows her pack close behind her. Then they disappear into the trees on the opposite side of the field. In the field however are wolves shifting back to human form. Some are dead and aren't changing but those that are slowly dying change back. Two wolves come back and see the struggling wolves and put them out of their misery by simply killing them. Alex returns wearing a sports bra, tank top, and Niki shorts. She goes and help up one guy. He is cut badly but is healing incredibly fast. Alex comes to the tree and nods, signifying we can come down. When I reach the bottom I wrap my arms around her along with the other boys. Alex doesn't return any of our hugs. She just turns and starts walking home. Hours later we see the dim light of her mansion. She is a few feet away when the door swings open revealing three boys and five girls. One of the boys kisses ALex's head and gives her a hug which kind of makes me mad. Not that he hugged her but the fact that she hugged him back. She turns to face all five of us.

"These are my three brothers and six sisters I told you about. My brothers Eric, Joey, and Rey Jr. Then my sisters Silvia, Sandra, Ashley, Amanda, and Desiree. My six sister Angle she um... she..." Alex is cut off by her brother Eric.

"She died protecting Alex." He says walking over to her.

"Yes, she did. its my fault. Being the alpha means-" She is cut off yet again by Eric.

"That you protect your pack as much as your pack protects you. Remember Alex, the strength of the alpha is the pack and the strength of the pack is the alpha. It wasn't your fault." He says sternly wanting Alex to believe him. She nods and whips away a tear. "Thank you Eric. Well thanks for stoping by. Ill see you tomorrow to discuss battle plans. Right now I want you, Joey, and Rey to round up all the females and take them to the safe house. Ill see you in the morning."

Eric nods and him along with the others hug Alex on the way out the door. She turns to us,

"I know you saw the battle in the field but you didn't see the battle at the border line where my pack and I chased them. Come inside."

I walk in right behind her with Liam on my left, Harry on my right and Zayn and Louis walking side by side behind us.

"Okay listen, Jason is weak right now, but he's only going to get stronger. He is giving me three days to find my mate and if I don't I have to mate with him. Torturous but that's what I have to do. You five I think should find a tamed, not wild wolf body guard that can keep you safe-"

"We don't want another body guard." I say.

"We just want you." Liam says once I finish.

"Your the best body guard in the whole world." Harry exclaims.

"Please don't send us away." Louis pleaded.

"Please." Zayn repeats.

"Fine, but you guys are going to have to deal with the facts. One I'm not always here. Two I'm not always going to tell you where I am. Three a slut that's in my pack that likes all five of you and is willing to get in your pants. Okay? Okay goodbye." She says as she runs up the stairs in her human speed. I fallow her. She either doesn't notice I'm fallowing her or doesn't care. She turns into this room full of instruments. She grabs a acoustic guitar and starts to play and sing and write down thing on a paper.

She starts to sing.

I quickly rush to call the boys. She sings like an angle. They fallow me up the steps and stand in the door while she faces a window that shows the setting sun.

She stops and all of us clap which totally freaks her out and she falls onto the floor. Then we laugh but immediately stop when we see her elbow on the stool and her fist under her jaw bone and her nails tapping the stool like she is thinking.

"How long have you been standing there?" She asks.

"I was here for the whole song, they came during the second round."

"Okay." She says and stands up and walks toward us. She is about to leave when Liam stops her.

"Can I talk to you for a second?"

"Sure just fallow me." She leads him outside. I chose not to watch nor do the other boys.
