13>Bonus story 11

"Fany-ah! Tiffany! Yah!" Taeyeon called out to her bestfriend for the umpteenth time and the latter is still ignoring her.
"What's wrong with you? Talk to me, Fany-ah. Please?" Taeyeon gave up in trying to get her bestfriend attention, instead she tried another way. A softer one by pleading. She knows Tiffany will always have a soft spot for her no matter how much she 'loathed' Taeyeon at that time.
"You asked me what's wrong? *scoff* Go ask yourself then." Tiffany coldly replied without even sparing a glance at Taeyeon and continue reading the fashion magazine on her lap.
Taeyeon was thinking hard about the possibilities as for why Tiffany treat her like this. Tiffany will only giving her cold shoulder when either she's mad at Taeyeon or sulking. Guess this time is more like she's mad at her. Because the sulking Tiffany will act more passive and defensive. But right now Tiffany is being cranky and offensive. Taeyeon must done something bad this time, or at least it's bad from Tiffany's point of view.
"Fany, i still don't know the answer. Can't you just directly tell me?"
"Whatever. I'm heading back to my room." Tiffany closed the magazine in her hands and get up from the sofa.
"YAH TIFFANY HWANG MIYOUNG! you won't go anywhere until we settle this down." Taeyeon firmly said, and Tiffany know better not to disobey her when she's being dead serious like now. One of the perks for being someone who lived under the same roof with Taeyeon for more than 11 years is that she can understand Taeyeon better than the other. She knows when Taeyeon being serious, or when Taeyeon has lost her patience, when Taeyeon in the verge of giving up, when Taeyeon in pain and many others. And this time is the time when Taeyeon can't be defy or else she might explode. And the result will be ugly. So Tiffany sighed and relented. Besides, the reason behind her act is actually a very silly reason. But who can blame her? She's on the second day of her period. Her mood swing is on its 'peak', and Taeyeon happened to triggered the bad side of her emotion today.
"Come here." Tiffany sit back on her previous seat and patted the empty space beside her, silently asking Taeyeon to sit there.
"First, i'm sorry. I think i was overreacting. You know, period." Tiffany explained and Taeyeon almost yelled at her for ignoring her just because Tiffany is on her period, but she tried her best to hold back her anger because she knows Tiffany must have another reason. Because she knows Tiffany that well.
"That's not the end of your explanation right? So go on." Taeyeon asked with curiousity in her eyes.
"Err yeah, right. Look, you know that i care about you right? I always talk to you first whenever i'm in trouble or in confusion or simply because i want to hear someone's opinion about something i'm planning to do. And most of the times, you were that person." Taeyeon nodded in agreement.
"I even asked for your opinion and your permission, even though i don't even know why i feel the needed to have your permission in the first place, when i want to make a tattoo." Taeyeon nodded again.
"*sigh* i know it might sounds so silly but whatever. Today you showed up in front of me with your short hair. Surprised was an understatement. I mean i know you always said that you prefer to have short hair because you feel like your head is lighter when you had your short hair. And having long hair kind of troublesome at times. But you can at least tell me that you're going to cut your hair this short."
"Fany, i-"
"No, let me finish. I know i have no right to decide everything for you. It's just that i always put you as my priority, so when you did something that i don't even have a clue about, i start to think that maybe i'm not as important as what i thought i am in your life. Maybe i'm not as important to you as how you're important to me. And it kinda hurt to be honest. Well, I was stupid and silly i know. I totally blame my unstable hormones and mood swings because of my period."
"Fa-" unfortunately she got cut off again.
"And Tae! I prefer your long hair. I mean, don't get me wrong. You look cute, like super cute in that short hair. But i like your long hair more." Tiffany childishly pouted.
"Aigoo, can i speak now?" Taeyeon scooted closer to her bestfriend until their thighs bumped against each other. Tiffany just nodded. Why these two keep nodding their head by the way?
"First, stop that kind of negative thinking, will you? Of course you are important to me. I also always put you as my priority, even in the same level with my family because, just in case you forget, for me you are my family. And the reason why i didn't tell you is because i kinda did it spontaneously. At first i was planning to just cut my hair a little because it gets too long to my liking. But then i saw a picture in the magazine of a model with short hair and i really like her hair. So i thought why not? I always said i want to have a short hair again but couldn't do it since i had solo activities and also TTS and SNSD. I didn't really have time to go to salon unless it's a must for stage performance and stuffs."
"I see." Tiffany raised her hand and softly touching Taeyeon's short hair, she starts to twirled, stroked it, looking at it with such interest as if her hair is the most interesting thing in the world.
"It's just hair, Fany. It will grow in no time. Don't worry. And I can use hair extension too if you want." Taeyeon added.
"Nah, don't mind me. I was just being silly." Tiffany nonchalantly admitted her fault. She is this comfortable with Taeyeon, so it's fine for her to admitted her mistake out loud when she's with her best bestfriend, Kim Taeyeon.
"Sometimes your silly acts showed me how much you care about me, so i keep it up." Taeyeon playfully nudged Tiffany by the shoulder causing the latter to get pushed away but lucky enough to still able to keep her balance. And Tiffany did the same after that to Taeyeon as her revenge, then Taeyeon smirked before she shoved Tiffany again with her shoulder, stronger this time. Causing Tiffany almost fall down from the sofa. And the 'fight' last for around a minute or two until those two ruined their own hair, make it tangled in here and there. And also causing their clothes to get crumpled.
Well, if anyone see this, they won't believe that those two are actually a 28 years old 'kid'. Especially the one with pale baby face with short hair that looked like a combination of Maruko-chan and Dora in blonde hair.
