**Alex's POV**
Its Saturday morning and i honestly cant wait for Me and Jess's weekend. To be honest i dont even care about the plan or about Sarah, i just want to spend some time with Jess. It will help me get to know her better since we actually only met about a month or so ago. She hasn't had that meeting with the record deal guy yet. I hope she doesn't get too busy with the band.
She said she will pick me up at 11, right now its 10:46, i should probably hurry up. I gel my dark hair into its usual side swept style and throw on some plain shorts and a striped shirt. Once im finished getting i still have about 5 minutes until Jess will come, so i make my way to the apartment lobby.

"Where to first, captain!?" I ask Jess as she drives me further into town.
"I was think we could go to the mall and then to the little carnival thing." She suggests.
"Sounds like a plan stan!" im in a good mood obviously.
We finally find a park at the mall carpark and head inside. Its not as busy as it usually is which is surprising. We straight away head to the nearest photo booth. God i love photo booths!
A couple come out of the photo booth and we quickly jump inside it. Jess is practicall shaking with excitement.
"I have never done this before!!" she says.
"Really?"
"Yeah they didnt really have them in my home town."
The first camera click and we both probably look like idiots. We take a couple of silly ones then Jess says:
"Nice one nice one!" i put my arm around her casually and we pose for the last picture. We sit there in awkward silence for a few seconds that seem to drag on. Jess looks bashfully at my arm thats around her and i quickly pull away. She's blushing so much. Its adorable!!
We head into some American shop i dont know the name of, but Jess seems to know her way around the place pretty well. She takes me to the dress up section ad starts trying on crazy looking hats and wigs. Within a few minutes we look like crazy Halloween gone wrong! we take a million selfies and pictures of the crazy costumes we put together. A woman who obviously works at the shop approaches us as Jess is in a laughing fit.
"Excuse me. You two are being quite loud and distracting and if you aren't going to buy those costumes i suggest you put them back." Jess tries to put on a straight face and nods furiously. When the woman is out if earshot we both burst into fits of laughter.

On the way to the little carnival we stop for a late lunch at chipotle. Jess is so cute when she eats. No matter how tidily and nicely she tries to eat, she always manages to get some sauce or something on her face.
The little carnival is almost as cute as Jess. (Cheesy, i know) there's a mini Ferris wheel and the spinny tea cup things. There's also lots if stalls with games and cute teddy bear prizes. I cant help but think how cliche this feels. But oh well.
We play the little carnival games for a couple of hours before Jess basically collapses at a table.
"Im so tired, holy shit!" she exclaims. Im going through the tons of photos we have taken today. There is literally hundreds.
"One more thing okay?" i ask her. After much debating i convince her to ride the cute Ferris wheel with me.
When we are making our way to the top, despite that we are barely 10 meters above ground, Jess starts freaking out.
"I should've mentioned im horrified of hieghts" she explains. I chuckle and take her hand.
"There's no need to be" she smiles but i can still se the worry in her eyes. I cant help myself at this point. I lean in and nearly kiss her when she gently stops me.
"Sorry but i think we should get to know eachother better. I mean i made the mistake of going for Luke when i barely knew him and look what happened there!" she rambles. I nod understandingly but a little disappointedly.
"Will a date be a good way to get to know eachother?" i ask. Jess rolls her eyes playfully.
"Smooth Alex smooth," she giggles.
"So thats a yes?" i ask hopefully. Jess brings her hand to her chin and pretends to think about it deeply.
"Yeah, yeah, it's a yes"
Im over the freaking moon at the moment!
