I woke up to Veronica's scream, of course, I ran out to see what happened. I found Erika beside the couch comforting her sister.
"You guys okay?" I asked.
"Yeah, just a dream" Veronica said.
Uh oh, I thought.
I went to tell Percy, right then.
"John!" Erika yelled and ran after me.
Luckily Percy was awake.
"What's wrong John?" He asked.
"Veronica had a dream" I said.
Normally, that wouldn't have really meant anything, but for demigods, it was bad.
"Is she okay?" Annabeth asked.
"She looked panicked" I told her.
Erika came in the room.
"It's no big deal! It's just a dream" she said.
Then I remembered, the two never got training, they didn't make it to camp Jupiter so they don't understand.
"Erika, dreams are like warnings for us, if she was worried, I think we have a problem" I told her.
"What?" She asked.
Instead of answering, I went back into the living room, where Veronica slept last night.
"Veronica? Can you come here please?" I asked.
"Sure" she said, as she got up. And she followed me back to Percy's room.
"Veronica, what happened in your dream?" I asked.
"I saw...Teresa, she was captured by Nico...and Gaea" she said.
"Nico is working with Gaea???" Said a voice. I turned around to see Tori by the door.
"And," Veronica continued,"She was being tortured, slapped, pushed against the wall"
I gasped.
"My brother did that?" Tori asked,"that's pretty unusual for Nico...is he possessed?"
"He's being forced" I realized.
"Yeah, but still, I can't believe he'd slap her like that!"
"Almost as if he was afraid to loose something" Veronica said.
"Gaea is a deal maker"
I looked at Tori, she had a scared look on her face.
"Percy...you don't think she gonna..." She asked.
"Gonna what?" Erika asked.
"Bianca" she whispered to herself.
"Oh, no" Percy said,"that witch!"
"Hold on!" Kiodragon said as she came into the room,"I know exactly what's going on!" She claimed.
"What?" I asked. At this point, no one doubted that Kio had some tricks up her sleeve.
"I have telepathy," she said,"I saw what Teresa was thinking, I know Nico's plan"
I was just stunned. I think we all were.
"He's trying to tear apart your friendship, so it'll be easier for Gaea to manipulate you guys"
"Well that's not gonna happen!" I said.
"And the price is bringing his sister back?" Tori asked.
"Yes" Kio confirmed.
"Well, the next time I see that traitor I'm gonna..."
"Calm down, Tori!" Annabeth said,"he may be on the wrong side, but he's still your brother, and besides, this isn't the first time"
"Yeah," Percy said,"remember when he was twelve? He put a crack in the pavilion?"
"Percy!" Annabeth snapped. Then, everyone left. But Kio pulled me back before I could leave the room.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I left something out, but I didn't want to tell Erika, you have promise not to tell her, or anyone" she told me.
"Um..okay"
She looked around, making sure no one was listening.
"Bianca isn't the only thing Gaea wagered for Nico, she also promised to keep someone else alive"
"Who?" I asked, curious.
"Erika" she answered.
"What? Why?"
"Because he's in love with her"
