The Prophecy of Heroes; Just Us Mortals

After going over the plan for about half an hour, Kio asked,
"Guys? Where's Teresa?"
"And Nico" Tori said as she got up. Erika and I followed.

We had searched the entire apartment with no luck.
"Okay, now I'm scared" Erika said.
"Me too" I admitted.
"Okay, well, if the Nightshades are rattled, are we safe?" Leo asked.
"Oh be quiet Leo! We aren't the strongest ones here," I said,"that's Percy"
"Okay, come on guys!" Percy said,"stay on task"
"Right," I said, thinking of a plan.
"Kio, you used your dragon abilities..."
"Secret skills" she interrupted.
"Secret skills, to find Leo, can you do that for Teresa?" I asked.
"I'll try" she said. She put her pointer and middle fingers on both hands right on the edge of her eyebrows. Then, she closed her eyes, and murmured a bit, it was hard to hear, but it looked like she was repeating "Teresa" over and over.
After a few seconds, she put her hands down, her expression told me there was bad news.
"Ugh! I can't see exactly where she is, somethings blocking my magic from tracking her!" She said.
"It's okay, Kio. Where did it say?" I asked.
"Um, Colorado" she said.
"Okay, we'll start there!" I told her.
Wisty gasped. "I have a cousin in Colorado! Haley Cornelius!"
"Great! I'll IM her tomorrow, but for now, we need to get some rest" I said.
"V's right, come on guys!" Erika said.
"Erika! You know I hate that nickname!" I told her.

Teresa is tied to a chair... With vines. And Nico is standing in front of her. Surprisingly, Nico slaps Teresa in the face.
"How did you know about Gaea's plan?" He asked.
"Went to check on...you..gone for...a long time" Teresa answered while catching her breath.
"Does anyone else know?" He asked.
Teresa didn't answer, so Nico slapped her again.
"Answer.the.question" he demanded.
"No," she said,"just me"
"How much did you hear?" Nico asked.
"Gaea called you an idiot, that's the one thing I'll ever agree with her on by the way"
This time, Nico didn't slap Teresa, he lifted his right leg onto the chair, and slammed it against a wall. The chair fell on the floor, with Teresa looking terrified.

Then something lifted her up, it looked like more vines, and made her chair stand on all four legs.
"Nico, don't get too intense!" Gaea said in a sweet voice.
That witch! I thought.
"I'm sorry, Gaea," Nico said.
"Don't be, I admire your enthusiasm, but you have to be patient," she said,"go ahead put her against that wall over there, with the huge crater on the side" she ordered.
Nico did so.
"Wha...?" Teresa asked weakly.
Gaea then caged Teresa with thicker vines then the ones she was tied up with, and those ones undid themselves so that Teresa could get out of the chair... But not out of the room.

I woke up screaming,
"TERESA!!!!"
And Erika came in the room.
"Veronica, you okay?" She asked.
"One thing's for sure," I said,"finding Teresa is our top priority right now.
