The Prophecy of Heroes; Just Us Mortals

I didn't have to load my quiver with bows, the quiver loaded itself being magic and all. I put on a pair of dark blue skinny jeans, a camo tank top, and brown boots. Then I grab my bow, and swung it around my back so the string was across my chest. Lastly, I grabbed a hair tie and put my hair in a ponytail.
"Ready?" Veronica asked.
"Let's do this" I replied.
"Erika?" John asked. He was standing outside my door with Kio and Teresa, who, apparently, was cured from her unconsciousness. I walked out to the door, and they backed up letting me pass through.
"Hey! How are you feeling Teresa?" I asked.
"Woosy from loosing all that blood, sore from the bruises, but I'll manage" she said.
"E, there's something you need to know" John said.
"Oh, no, don't you DARE tell her!" Kio screamed,"I thought we were meeting for the plan!"
"We are, but we need to tell her also, otherwise who knows what'll happen," John said.
Kio took a deep breath.
"Fine" she said.
I just stood there, confused.
John sighed.
"Erika, Bianca isn't the only reason Nico agreed to work with Gaea"
"What?!?! Why didn't you say so! I could have had Kio figure it out!!!"
"No, because we already know" Kio said.
"Then...what's the problem?" I asked.
"Nico..." We were interrupted by the sudden rumble of the ground. A huge crack formed, and out flew a beautiful golden dragon.
"Starling!!!" Kio exclaimed.
She roared in reply.
"It's good to see you too, Starling!" Kio said.
"Hold on, is it really her?" I asked. Kio nodded, and transformed into a dragon again. They had this big conversation in their language that I couldn't understand. But Wisty said,
"It's her"
"Really? I thought Gaea trapped her"
She turned her head toward the conversation, and listened for a few minutes.
"She lied, Starling has been hiding from Gaea this entire time!" She answered.
"Where?" I asked.
"Dragon Forest, I've actually been there before, nice place"
"Whoa"
Kio looked back, and turned back to human.
"I told her about Gaea, she's willing to help!"
"That's great!" I said. I turned to John and Teresa, remembering that they had to tell me something.
"So, why is Nico working with Gaea again? You said something about...another reason?" I asked.
"Um...how about this," John said,"if he says something shocking, don't mention that we tried to warn you, okay?"
"Yeah, of course," I replied,"come on guys, Starling's back, let's go save the world"
