The Prophecy of Heroes; Just Us Mortals

We decided to plan in Percy's apartment. But not all of us were there.
"Where's Nico?" I asked.
"Patio, why?" Percy asked.
"Don't ever let Nico on his own, something bad always happens" Tori said.
"I'll check on him" I volunteered.

I quietly sneaked behind the door of the patio, where I found Nico hanging onto the railing talking to an iris message.
"You idiot!" Said a voice,"you're supposed to confuse them!!! Not join them!!!"
"Well maybe I don't want any part of this deal, Gaea" Nico said.
Gaea?!?!?! I thought.
"Do it, or you will wake up tomorrow morning and see the one you truly care about...missing!"
Tori? I asked to myself.
"Leave my sister out of this!" Nico demanded.
"YOU KNOW PERFECTLY WELL I DON'T MEAN HER!!!" She yelled.
I took this time to think. It wasn't me, Nico never said anything to me, I wasn't sure about John either (though, Jason said he used to have a crush on Percy, maybe he has a thing for sons of Poseidon) or maybe...
Nico gasped.
"How did you..."
"Oh, don't be stupid, of course I know your in love!" She said angrily,"now do as I say, or you'll never see Erika again!"
"But..."
Gaea gave him a stern look.
Nico sighed,"you have my word" he said before slicing his hand through the iris message.
He stood on the patio, his knuckles white around the railing. Giving me just enough time to sneak back.

"Anything?" John asked.
"No" I lied.
He shrugged.
"Alright gang, here's the plan," Percy started,"We go in, and we redo the exact same thing that Leo did 10 years ago, any mistakes and we're through"
"Way to stay positive Seaweed Brain" Tori said.
"Hey," John cut in,"only Annabeth is allowed to call him that"
"Thanks John. Okay! We go in, blow her out of the sky, put her to sleep, we get out"
"Perce," Leo interrupted,"your making it sound so simple, it was way more complicated than that" he said.
"Okay, why don't you explain then?" Percy said.
"Okay, first I need to repair Festus, poor guy has been wearing out for the past 10 years, then..."

I stopped listening to him, and thought about what Nico had said. Should I tell him I knew? Try to help him? Yes, that was a great idea!

"I'll be right back" I said.
"Um, okay" Kio said. I hoped really badly that dragons couldn't read minds.

I found Nico the same way he was when I left, the poor guy.
"Hey" I said.
He turned around.
"Hey, Teresa!" He said.
"Anything wrong?" I asked.
"No, nothing, why?" He replied. Tori was right, he is a terrible lier.
"No reason," I said, and then, I thought of something, something that'll make him confess his guilt.
"Yeah, Gaea's just giving me trouble," I said,"she wants me to try and find the mole in the team so I can help them with what they need"
Bam! I thought.
"Wait, seriously?"
I nodded,"yeah, it's kinda weird, I thought someone a dark as you could help me" I said.
"Well, that's weird, because I am the mole" Nico said.
"Wow, that's cool!" I said,"thanks for the confession"
I threw a punch at his gut, but he dodged. He was too quick. He punched me in the gut, and I yelped in pain. Then he kneed me in the chest, and I was flat on the floor. Nico put his hand over my mouth and nose, and I was out like a light.
