"Nope, nope, nope-ity, nope, nope." I said stubbornly as I was sitting in front of the director of SHIELD (stupid name), Phil Coulson who was an agent of SHIELD (talk about boring job...a principle really), Spider Man, Nova, Power Man, Iron Fist, and White Tiger.

"You have an extraordinary gift and you don't want to help people?" White Tiger asked and to me sounding just a little bit arrogant.

"How many times do I have to say no?! Would you like it in Spanish, no." I said looking at them like they are stupid.

"You don't have a choice." The director said as he tried to stare into my soul. Too bad for him, I don't have one.

"Everyone has a choice βλάκας ." I said angrily as I insulted the director.

"I have a feeling that wasn't a nice word." Phil said the only one who seemed calm about this situation.

"No, I just said that I love the director and how he kidnaps people." I said rolling my eyes and folded my arms to my chest.

"Nice." Spider Man whispered to me and I felt my lips twitch in amusement when his teammates also heard him and how Nova seemed to glare at him.

"Don't get you bucket in a twist κώλος, it was a joke." I huffed and glared at the man, I will tell you now my glare can be terrifying if I wanted it to be.

"Do you talk to your mother with that mouth." Iron Fist asked and I could hear his curiosity in his voice as he meant no harm with the comment.

Slowly my angry went down toward him as I genuine said, "Not my mother," I said softly to him and then glared at the director and my anger sparked as I directed the next comment toward him, "Father on the other hand I will say Fuck off asshole and leave me the hell alone." I said with a huff and glared at the one eyes annoying man.

"You don't have a nice relationship with your father?" Power Man asked and I knew it was an innocent comment but I felt like the walls were to close and too many people were in the room. There was too much heat for my liking and I wanted to get out of there.

"I had a great relationship with my father, it was the fights when we argued. Now if you excuse me I am going to leave your dainty little team thing and go ahead and run a company while my caregiver is in the hospital. If you try to stop me I will sick a team of lawyers on you." I said and with one final huff left the room they were in and pulled out my phone.

Figuring they probably expected me to asked them for a ride back home I dialed a number that was directly linked to Beck and told him to get Leo and the aircraft and sent him the coordinates to my location.

Finding the airspace really wasn't that hard (seriously, it was the whole top deck) as I leaned against a wall and closed my eyes enjoying wind blowing through my air as the feeling of walls closing in disappeared.

"You know they aren't so bad." Principal Coulson said as he leaned against the wall beside me.

"I'm no superhero." I muttered and stuffed my hands in my pocket pushing the thoughts of my mother dying to the back of my mind.

A hero wouldn't have let their mother die like that when they could've done something, "I hope this doesn't mean you won't come to me when you need something or want to go outside during lunch." Mr.Coulson said as he loosened the tie around his neck.

I shrugged honestly not knowing the answer and perked up when I heard the familiar sound of aircraft or as Leo loves to call it Argo II.

I never understood the name and his fascination with boats. Sure this was 2.7 and didn't quite look like the original Argo or Argo II (original) which really did look like a boat.

All Leo ever told me was that it reminded him of someone and this promise but hasn't mentioned it any further (he was really proud of the design though).

"Looks like my ride is here." I said to him finally turning to look at him, my angry lost long ago, "and I do hope we can still be, what I like anyway, to be friends." I said and with a farewell I climbed aboard the Argo and allowed Leo to take Bunker Nine(Again with Leo's stupid name for the area for the Argo).

"Rough night?" Leo asked as I looked at the clock and found it was around seven pm. Groaning I leaned back in the leather seat, "I hate family bloodlines sometimes." I said as I messed with the glass of water in front of me.

Before sighing once more I let the water drop into the glass and closed my eyes, "Maybe you should rethink that meeting." Leo said his voice just a bit joking but I knew it was serious.

"Call Aunt May and let her know I might be a bit late for dinner. Also let know Peter to not wait up. We aren't cancelling the meeting. The folders are important." I said as I reached for the folders that was inside my backpack.

Sensing Leo's frown I gave him a small smile, "I promise to have a snack before mother hen, I will watch my health and if I get tired I'll let the board know and we can end it early and finish it tomorrow. You know they adore me and want to know I'm healthy." I reassured the man.

Leo sighed once more and I knew he still didn't like it but was going to allow me this once to go through with it.

"Thank you." I muttered to him as I sank into my seat and closed my eyes once more, feeling as if it was going to be one of the few times I get to relax.
