Andrea's POV

I woke up a little late than usual, or more than a little. It was 7:45 am. Shit, I overslept. I quickly got my wand from my bag and pointed it at me. My clothes, my hair, and makeup changed. I was wearing a white romper with a black cardigan instead of pajamas and my hair was pin straight and I had makeup on.

I quickly brushed my teeth and checked the time. 8:00, no time to eat. I rushed downstairs and hurriedly said my goodbyes to my family.

I went inside my car and started it but it won't start.

"Seriously!! You fuckin car!!" I then pointed my wand at the car and it started, even better, I was at school.

"Yeah!! One point for me" I said and turned the car off and grabbed my bag. I ran for the gate like there was no tomorrow. 8:10 am, I made it.

Jade greeted me in the hallways, well not really.

"Why do you look like you just ran a marathon?!"

"No time to explain. Go with me to the bathroom now!" I said while I grabbed her hand and ran to the bathroom.

"Make sure that no one comes in the bathroom alright?" I said

"Ok fine" I went inside of the bathroom while Jade is standing outside making sure no one comes in, I hope.

I looked in the mirror and I was a mess. I was very sweaty and hair was sticking to my face. I snapped my finger and instantly, I had no more sweat. I was all dried up.

I got out of the bathroom and saw Jade standing there with a confused expression.

" I woke up late, car didn't work, fixed it with magic, thought I was late, ran to the gate all sweaty, and I dried myself with magic, end of story" I said

"Ok? Let's get to class hopefully we still aren't late" Jade replied

We walked to our first class which was English. We opened the door to find the teacher not yet there but the students were and they were staring at us. I really hate attention so I snapped my fingers and they went back to their conversations except for one, Grayson. I wonder why. Oh well. I should be worrying but I just shrugged it off.

"Hey Gray!"

"Hey Andrea. Isn't it weird that when you guys entered the students were looking at you then then all of them looked away at the same time?"

Fuck, I'm in trouble. Just play it off.

"Yeah it was but maybe it was just a coincidence?" I said, well, asked

He just shrugged and looked away. I quickly looked at Jade who was just as stunned as I was.

"OMG, why didn't it work for him?" She whispered

"I don't know but that is definitely not normal" I whispered

Ms. Garcia arrived and we started the lesson and for the first time, I actually listened. What a miracle!!

English class was over and I felt pretty proud of myself for actually paying attention in class.

"Bye Gray, you and your brother should eat with us at lunch"

"Alright, see you at lunch. Bye!!" he waved at us and left.

"You so like him!!" Jade said

"No I don't. I've known him for a day"

She just smirked at me and ran to History class leaving me here. Oh no you don't. I clenched my fist and made a pulling motion with my hand to pull her back and she did she was literally walking back to me.

"What the hell Andrea!!"

"Where do you think you're going" I smirked and walked to history.

We arrived in History class and there weren't that much students inside yet. I spotted Ethan there talking to a guy who I believe was named Nate, Nate Garner. Yeah, Ethan's in our history class

Jade sat down beside Ethan and I sat beside Jade. There were still a few people in here, minding their own business. I was so bored so I decided to do a little bit of magic.

My seat was near the window and I thought, why not play with the weather?

I tapped Jade on the shoulder and pointed outside. She had a confused expression so I mouthed "watch" she just nodded and looked outside. It was pretty sunny and I prefer rainy weather instead of it. I snapped my finger and in a matter of seconds, I could see rain clouds forming and it was getting a little dark. I smiled to myself and looked at Jade.
I knew she also liked rainy weather since we are best friends and we tell each other, basically everything.

I noticed Ethan was looking at me and I thought, Holy shit, does he know. Nah I was simply looking outside and snapped my fingers and suddenly the weather changed, he won't suspect a thing. Wait why don't I just read his mind.

I just stared at him and I started hearing things. Why is she smiling at Jade and why is she staring at me?!

I quickly looked away because it is just to weird and creepy. He doesn't suspect a thing and that is good.

Mr. Anderson finally arrive and start the class. I decided not to listen because it is so boring, who even has the mentality to actually listen to this?! ( A/N I do not intend to insult anyone here alright? Its just for the book)

Lunch finally arrived and I was hungry af. I fell in line with Jade behind my back to buy pizza for lunch.

Once we were done, we try to find Gray and Eth and they were sitting in a table with Nate and we headed there.

"Hey guys"

"Hey Andrea and Jade" we sat down and ate but I also noticed, they weren't eating and they don't have food.

"Why aren't you eating?"

"Uh, we're just not hungry" they said while they looked at each other. They are definitely hiding something and I will find out what, but for now, I'll just let it be.

"Okay?" I said and just continued eating. We all had small talks here and there until we finished eating. The bell rang, signaling for us to get back to class which was Science. We headed to class.

It was the end of the day and I was about to go home until I got this brilliant idea, or so I thought. I was planning on spying on the Dolans so maybe I could find out what was so mysterious of them.

I quickly teleported my car back home by pointing my wand at it and I turned myself invisible before anybody saw me.

I found Gray and Ethan walking, maybe going home but no they were walking to the woods. Oh my Gosh, this is the same woods where Jade and I went to yesterday.

I carefully follow them, trying my best not to make a sound. I kept on following them until they stopped, in front of a deer. What they did next was so unexpected...
