Andrea's POV

"Good afternoon everyone! Now to those of you who don't know, yes, I am Grayson Dolan and I am in fact dating Andrea Johnson. I want to say a few words to Andrea. An, Drea, Andrea, Princess, Babe, we've been together for quite some time now and I enjoyed every bit of those moments I've got to spend time with you. You know, sometimes, I would wish that I  met you earlier because I would get to see the girl of my dreams, right in front of me. The moment I saw you in the school hallway, is the one memory I would never ever forget, because that was the moment I first met the one true love of my life"

"I didn't love you because of your dashing looks or your very hot body, but I love you for your loving and caring personality. I mean sure, the first day I met you, I immediately fell for your beauty, but when I finally got to know you, I fell even deeper, and I did not regret that Andrea."

"I want you to know that, whenever you need a friend to rant until your heart's content, I'll be there. Whenever you need someone to boost up your confidence, I'll be there. Whenever you need someone to lift up your emotions when you're feeling down, I'll be there. Whenever and whatever you need, I'll always be there for you. I promise. I'll never ever leave you and through this journey, I'll never fail to make you feel loved because if I do, I cannot and I will not forgive myself. I love you Andrea! So so much!"

By this point, my eyes were getting veru irritated from the contacts plus me crying. After Grayson's speech, everyone awed at the speech and applauded while I just stood there, my hand covering my mouth.

Grayson came over to me and gave me a sweet hug while chuckling.

"I love you Gray! So much" I whispered as he hugged me.

"Like the speech?" He whispered back.

"Very much" I said and broke away from the hug. We stared at each other's eyes for quite a while until people started saying, "Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss" again and again and again. I gave a look to my parent asking for approval though I'm pretty sure they've seen me do this before. They gave me a thumbs up and a nod and I immediately looked back at Grayson and kissed him.

The program's over and everyone was partying. Turns out that one of my parents' surprise is this resort. It's ours! The spot is great and along with the resort were 2 rest houses near the beach. There was also a beach volleyball net so that I could play whenever I wanted to.

I already changed into a bikini and over it, I wore a sundress. I still didn't remove my contacts because I wanted to show my friends and ask if they have any idea why it is purple.

"Grayson, Ethan, Jade, Adrian!" I called out, loud enough for them to hear. Once they noticed me calling, they all went to my direction.

I lead them into one of the rest houses and went into the living room.

"Why'd you call?" Adrian asked.

"Something wrong?" Jade added.

"No...well, I have to show you something"  I said and removed the contacts, no struggled to remove the contacts until Angela showed up and helped me remove it.

Once I got the contacts out, they gasped in surprise.

"Does it look that bad?" I asked.

"No it doesn't. But how did you get purple eyes?" Jade asked.

"I don't know! I woke up this morning with these eyes"

"I think I know what that means and if I'm right. Well...shit!"Adrian said

"What? What does it mean?" I said getting panicky.

"Well sis, it means that you are one of the most powerful witches in this world because you possess a power that very rare witches have"

"What?"

"Power Augmentation, you can enhance or weaken the power of your opponent. And power negation where you could cancel the power of your opponent which I think you've done before but this time, you could literally cancel their power just by looking at them and you don't have to get their magic. Most importantly, you could possibly be a part of the Royal Magic family"

"There's a royal magic family?" Angela asked.

"Well, legend has it. But I don't know if it's real. I guess it's Andrea who'll know"

"Okay okay okay! This is a LOT to process"

"I wouldn't blame you"

"Let's just go out there and party! Let's enjoy it while it lasts" Grayson said as he lead us outside.

It was already night time but the people were not leaving considering it's a friday night. Music was blasting all around the resort and people were dancing everywhere. Still couldn't believe that my parents could pull off such a thing.

I didn't realize that I was staring at nothing and just standing there like a maniac until Grayson hugged me from behind and placed his face on the crook of my neck.

"You alright?" He mumbled

"I'm fine. It's just really so much for me to handle. All of this"

"Ah come on babe! Just forget about that for a moment. Please, for me." He removed his face from my neck and looked at me.

"Okay fine. What do you wanna do?" I asked and he just gave me a smirk and I immediately knew what he meant.

"Nope. Not today"

"Ugh fine! Then what do you wanna do?" He groaned. I held his hands and pulled him into the "dance floor" and just danced to the song.

"Your eyes are beautiful" Grayson blurted out as we were dancing.

"Think so? My problem is going out in public like this. I can't necessarily wear eye contacts. It irritates my eyes so much"

"Just let it be"

We continued dancing until Madison came our way with Amber tagging along.

"Great party Andrea! It would've been better though if the music choice was better and a bit of alcohol. And no adults" She said. This girl cannot take a break from being a bitch.

"What do you expect dumbass? It's a SURPRISE party from my parents, of course there's no alcohol"

"Whatever, though you'd like to hear my opinion. And nice eyes!" She said as she sashayed away from me and continued to dance with a guy.

"Thanks?" I mumbled.

A few hour later...

People started leaving the party because it was kind of getting late. I was inside one of the rest house with Gray since we were exhausted from dancing the entire night.

We were in the living room and no one was inside the house but us. We could still hear the music blaring from the party outside. I guess Angela took over the crowd there since she was the one screaming over the mic and keeping the party going.

That's until my family came in with Angela who looked drained. There sudden appearance made me break away from Gray and I's cuddle.

"Why aren't you out there Andrea?" Mom asked in a concerned tone as she held something behind her back. Wonder what it is.

"Um Gray and I were exhausted from dancing so we decided to take a quick break"

"Oh okay then. Well, I called the three of you here because of this" Mom said and showed us an envelope, from what I can see, an old one. It was yellowish and some of the edges were folded. Whatever is in that envelope, mom was hiding it for a long time.

I felt Grayson get up from the couch but I pulled his hand back and he took this as a sign to sit back down.

"What's that mom?" Angela asked.

"Yeah what is it?" Adrian added.

"It's a letter"

"From who?" I asked carefully.

"....your grandmother"
