Andrea's POV

"I'm home!" I announced once I entered the door of our house. Angela came running down the stairs and shouted, "Twin!" And came to me for a hug. I hugged her back and said, "Damn, you missed me"

"Nah I just really wanted to say that"

"Then she's back"

"Sister?!" Adrian said while also running down the stairs and suddenly stopped.

"Brother?!" I replied sarcastically and ran to hug him.

I giggled at our goofiness.

"So...how did I do last night?" I asked, referring to the game.

"Epic. Can't believe that that was my sister" Angela said in a sing-song voice.

"Our sister" Adrian corrected.

"Anyway, I'm heading up. Tell mom and dad I'm home" I say while slowly going up the stairs.

"Oh, mom and dad aren't home. They went somewhere I guess but dad said they'll be home by tomorrow morning" Adrian said.

"So we have this house to ourselves the whole day?"

"Pretty much"

I slightly shrugged my shoulders and proceeded on heading upstairs to the library. For some reason, I've been wanting to visit our library in a while. I entered the library and slowly checked out the books we have here, which were a collection of our family's books including my grandma and grandpa. I grazed the spine of the books lightly while trying to a pick a book that I could possibly like. One book caught my eye though, it was at the last book at the shelf. The spine didn't have a title and there was a thin layer of dust covering it. What's weird is that there was a metal chain connected from the wall to the book. Out of curiosity, I attempted to pull the book out of the shelf but the metal chain prevented me from fully getting the book. I tried pulling it but it won't budge.

I looked at the back part of the shelf (the part that was attached to the wall) and saw a faded sign that said 'Point crystal here'
The sign was barely visible that I almost couldn't read it. I let go of the book that I was holding and thought of what the sign meant,

Crustal? What kind of crystal? Maybe the crystal in my wand.

I took out my wand from my back and pointed the crystal to where the sign was asking me to. Once the crystal touched the wall, a faint glow was seen at the tip of the crystal and a soft ding was heard. Then suddenly, I heard loud machine sounds and the shelf started to go down until it was as flat as the floor. On the spot where the shelf was, an entrance to a small passage was now present.

"ADRIAN! ANGELA! COME QUICK, HERE IN THE LIBRARY. I THINK I FOUND SOMETHING" I screamed, loud enough so that they could hear me. Both of them came running to the entrance of the library and once they saw the small passage, their eyes grew big.

"What is that and how did you find it?" Adrian asked. I told him what had just happened and all that I knew.

"Should we check it out?" Angela asked a bit nervously.

"Yes"

"What No! For all we know, this could be some kind of trap" Adrian warned.

"Well then you stay here while we go there. Just come get us if we scream for help" Angela said.

"On second thought, I'll just come with you guys"

We started heading entering the small passage and at the end of this passage, there was a staircase waiting ahead. After we went down the staircase, there was this huge HUGE room just sitting there, looking untouched. The room had a quite vintage look and there were webs and dust all around so I figured that this room may be unused for quite some time. Also, the room is empty, literally empty. There's no furniture or anything, even a door!

We stood at the entrance of the room, befounded. I started walking to the entrance of the room and once I stepped beyond the entrance, the room began to change.

Shelves with books started to appear. A fireplace also popped up, making the room look a tad bit cozier. But the thing that caught my eye is the huge armoury at the far end of the room. From what I can see, there are multiple swords, bow and arrows, daggers, spears, even guns.

I mean, it's the modern world. No one uses those weapons except for the gun, which made me think that this room may be from the time of my grandparents. After all, grandma is a witch.

"Of course, a secret trainig room" I said to no one in particular.

"Cool, very cool" Angela commented.

"You think grandma built this?" Adrian asked.

"Maybe, I mean it would make sense if she did"

I started heading to the books I saw a while ago and guess what, there were more spell books! It contained spells that were far more complicated, powerful, and dangerous than the old ones I used to read.

———

I am currently sitting here on the couch that I magically made, reading the spell book that I got earlier. Adrian and Angela were there in the other end of the room, playing with the weapons as if they were toys. I went back to reading the spell book until something caught my attention.

"GUYS! Stop playing with those and come here quick!" I said. They came quickly with raised eyebrows.

"What's up?"

"Did you know that we have our own special weapon?"

"No, we didn't. How did you know? And how do we get it?" Adrian said

"It says right here. 'To have access to your  special weapons, you must tap on the crystal on your wand three times and kiss it'"

"Well let's try it!" Angela said. I placed the book on the couch and brought out my wand. I did as the book says and suddenly, my wand changed into a bow and arrow but what's extraordinary about this weapon is that it's decorated with the same crystal as my wand and even the color is the same as my wand. The bow and arrow is perfect for me since it's basically the only weapon I know how to use.

"Woah" we all said as we were amazed by our own weapon. I looked at Angela's weapon and she has a dagger in hand and I looked at Adrian's weapon and I can see he has a sword.

"Wanna train?" I asked
