Chapter 11

It's been days since that accident happened. Even though Jungkook tries to avoid Taehyung carefully without being noticed, he always fails.

Taehyung followed Jungkook around wherever he goes as if keeping an eye on him.

Jungkook couldn't protest as much as he wants to. The boy knew better than anybody else not to mess with Kim Taehyung.

"I feel like you're avoiding me." Taehyung questioned Jungkook on lunch break

Jungkook immadiately flinched and accidentally dropped his eating utensils.

"H-huh?? N-no, I'm not!!!" Jungkook stutered while shooking his head frantically.

"Well okay, you do know the consequences when you avoid me..." Taehyung said showing his smirk.

Jungkook can only sigh in defeat. His eyes are already too dry to let out another tear considering how much he cried these last few days.

He knows that his life is now being controlled by Kim Taehyung.

He knows and he hates it.

He hates Taehyung.

He hates himself even more for not being able to do anything

And yet, he still didn't tell Taehyung's identity to anybody even though he can do it anytime he want.

He hates Taehyung, but deep down inside Jungkook, his affection towards his first crush still lingers.

Jungkook then looked up from his meal to see Taehyung that is seating in front of him. Taehyung is reading a book. He looks innocent, like the usual Tae he knew before all this happened.

Jungkook can feel it once again the feelings he used to had for the boy.

Damn. Stupid heart.

Why him? Considering how bad I've been treated by him?

Taehyung and Jungkook are now walking home from school. As usual, Jungkook walks behind Taehyung. If they're not at school, Jungkook felt awkward and would keep his distance a little bit.

Taehyung didn't mind it as long as they are not in a place where people would recognize and gave them suspicious looks. Why? Because ever since Taehyung transferred, there has been not a single moment where they are not together. So, of course they have been the school's hottest topic.

Suddenly when they are about to cross, they are halted by a red traffic light.

Jungkook opened his bag and pull out his earphones. He puts them in his ear and then decides which song he wants to listen.

He the picks 'Zion T. - Yanghwa Bridge' his favourite song.

He then hummed and immersed himself in the music until Taehyung broke his concentration.

"Don't wear earphones on the street, it's not safe." Taehyung said while mumbling a little.

"Oh, don't worry.. I did this all the time.." Jungkook replied while still wearing his earphones.

"THIEFFF!!!!!" A woman shouted from across the road Jungkook and Taehyung were at.

Jungkook could see a man in all black, wearing a black beanie and sunglasses cross the road towards his direction while holding a purse.
