*Jessica POV*
The Wilson family came over last night… It was umm…interesting, I guess? First of all, Mikky and Cameron came downstairs together. Since when did they become all buddy-buddy? Actually, it was kind of cute. I never really paid any attention Cameron when he’s over here, but lately when he and Mikayla are in the same room together; he looks at her differently, longingly, lovingly. It’s a passionate look and his eyes light up when she enters a room or when she says just one word to him. It’s almost like he’s in love with my sister. I can’t believe I didn’t notice that until now. Should I tell her? No, she should figure it out on her own or let him tell her. It’d be more romantic that way. I think I’ll stay out of it. Next! All of the kids at the table were staring at other people. I saw Landon staring at Amanda. If Amanda ends up being my sister-in-law, that would be A-MAZING…and also very weird, but Amanda was staring at Chase. Hayden was checking himself out in his spoon. Oh, there is something very wrong with that boy. Then, of course, Cameron and Mikayla were practically undressing each other with their eyes. I was looking at Mark the whole time. Damn, he somehow always looked good! But, I couldn’t help but feel another pair of eyes on me. I try to see where they are coming from, and Cameron’s brother, Seth, kept looking at me. To be completely honest, I had a really big crush on him before Mark came along. He’s the same age as Landon though, and way older than me. I never thought he’d take interest in me, I guess things change. Later in the evening, all the kids were hanging out in the game room. I guess all of them left, because before I knew it, I was all alone with Seth. It was very awkward at first, but then he spoke up, “Jessica… I have to tell you something.” I wondered what he was talking about. “But I can show you better than tell you.” He said. What is going on? He started leaning in. Surprisingly, I leaned in too. Our faces were so close and I could feel his warm breath on my face. It sent tingles down my spine. I’ve never had this feeling before. We were looking each other in eyes. Damn, his eyes were beautiful. His eyes flickered to my lips. He leaned in closer and his lips brushed mine. He pulled away, but I pulled him back and smashed my lips to his. I have never felt this before when I kissed someone. Our lips moved in sync and buried my hands in his hair and his were on my waist pulling me closer than even possible. He moaned in my mouth and I smiled against his lips. I loved this and didn’t want to stop. “Okay, Wilson kids! Let’s go it’s getting late!” I heard Mr. Wilson yell through the house. We immediately broke apart, still staring in each other’s eyes. He said, “I’ve wanted to do that for a really long time. Lately you’re all I think about and I think I’m in love with you.” My eyes widened I smiled and my heart swelled upon the inside, but I couldn’t say anything. “Jess, you don’t have to say anything. I know I’m a bit older than you and all, but I love you, and I always have, but not until recently I knew I loved you in both ways. You are under no pressure, okay?” I still couldn’t say anything, I just nodded. He turned away to leave but, I grabbed his wrist and pulled him back for one more kiss. Our lips smashed together and was filled with the same passion that there was before. He pulled away and I frowned. “See you later Jess.” He said with that smile. Oh, that smile, it’s going to kill me someday. What did I do? I just waved. I was still way too shocked to say anything. I watched him leave and then I walked to my bedroom and laid face down in my bed smiling. Best dinner party EVER!
*Seth POV*
I finally told her. I finally got to kiss her. Best dinner party EVER!
*Mikayla POV*
“Hey, Landon! You know it’s so great to have you back, I missed you so much.” *yawn* “I think I should go to bed now, I have school tomorrow.” I tried to get away from the conversation about to happen but, he grabbed my arm and said, “Cut the bull, Mikayla, I want the real story.” I sighed. “Okay, let’s go somewhere quieter and out of the open. We went into my bathroom and he sat on the toilet seat. “Start talking.” He said. “Hold on I need something first. I ran into my room and grabbed my iPod and my iHome. I set them on the counter and turned on a song. It was The Way by Ariana Grande. “Mikayla, where are you going with this?” “Ssshhhh, Landon! Be patient!” He did as I told and I started singing.
