Chapter 9

LIZABETH POV:

 

It had been a few months since we last saw the boys. After we met them, we had all tried to meet up but it never really worked out. We kept in touch with them at least. I texted Louis everyday, and he always responded. It was summer when the boys were back in New York and we were half way through vacation. Let me catch you up to speed on what had happened in those few months: our band had taken off and we were performing more often and we had an album on iTunes, we had all graduated school and we were now in college. We had all gotten into AMDA New York and we were enjoying ourselves. AMDA stands for American Musical Dramatic Academy. The apartments we live in are small so we decided that living together wasn’t such a bright idea. I live with Nialin and Haley in Stratford Arms and Zoe and Lianna live together in The Amsterdam.

 “Finally. All moved in.” I flopped down onto my bed in my bedroom and sighed happily. I stared at the ceiling and smiled. My room was smaller than my old room and a light purple. I had my queen bed shoved against the back wall and my nightstand on one side with my bookcase opposite. I barely had any room for a dresser so I had to configure all my clothes into my closet. I closed my eyes and laid in silence for a few moments until my phone began ringing. “Hello?”

 “Uh, hi.” A voice from the other end said.

 “Louis!” I exclaimed happily sitting up and crossing my legs.

 “Hi Lizabeth. So you may or may not already know, but the boys and I are back in New York!”

 “How could I not know? I have a twitter and I follow you guys.”

 “I haven’t actually called you in a long time.” Louis sighed.

 “Yeah, well you are now!” I tried to lighten the mood a little bit and he laughed. “So anything new?”

 “Nah, not really. El and I are still together, the boys missed you guys.”

 “Yeah, we missed them too.”

 “Anything new on your end?” Louis asked me.

“Um…” I began picking at the duvet on my bed. “Nialin got a boyfriend so did Zoe, Lianna and Benjamin have been going strong, Haley and I are still single. We got into our dream college, and we are living in apartments. What else is there…” I bit my lip trying to concentrate. “Oh, and we now have an album on iTunes.”

 “Really? Wow that’s great!” Louis sounded really happy and I laughed along with him, then felt a slight pain in my stomach.

 “I miss you.” I said blatantly.

 “I miss you too.” Louis told me.

 “How about we meet up sometime? You guys and us.” I suggested.

 “Yeah! We do need a break come to think of it. How about at central park sometime? We could meet up near Shakespeare In The Park.”
