She closes her eyes and goes to sleep,
She goes to a better place inside her dreams.
Escaping from a world, desperately wanting leave.
Hiding away and feeling lonely.
I hold her hand cuz I'm afraid to let go.
It's all so selfish I know.
But all I want is to protect her from the cold.
She fears man the most.
I fear and worry for her,
this small light in a dark world,
Yes I'm afraid, but I don't care what happens to me,
I just wanna see her smile when she's happy and free.
Is it enough, to give all of me?
I'll do anything you need.
She's not what everyone thinks,
She's a miracle a smile for me.
Slightly suffering from insanity,
No matter what she's still perfect to me.
She sits in her window looking, watching the world.
