(Recap)- Jay and Alia were gonna talk in the park, but then she saw a spider and fell into Jay's arms. He just whispered 'you can't believe how much,' into her hair.

I sat in Karan's arms, he sat on the couch, his legs spread out I sat in between, his arms wrapped tightly around me. Jay sat a little across from us. We wanted to watch a movie and we were waiting for Arya and Rhea to come. They were carpooling and were stuck in a bit of traffic (information that we gathered from her snapchats). Karan, Jay and I were picking out a list of movies. So far, we had about three, and Jay and I were desperately arguing to watch chick flicks with Karan and he was adamant on watching an action movie. His eyes kept rolling sweetly, while he smiled awkwardly to try and convince us. I just turned around and brought his ear down to my mouth, and whispered.
'Do you really want to miss the important parts of the action movie?'
Karan just blushed a deep red and succumbed, I got up cross legged and high fived Jay who looked a bit stiff. I nodded my head asking him what was wrong but he just shook his head and said tired. Fair enough, he had immersed himself in basketball after he recovered, making up for lost time. I went to his last game and watched his aggression on court. His team won, him scoring the last goal. As soon as his game finished, I ran down giving him a huge hug and him being a sweetie, hugged me first before all his team-mates. I suppose we were really best friends. In fact, our fight had made us stronger. Coming back to the moment, I just pinched his cheek. He just pouted like all boys do, when they get treated like boys and not the little men that they are. Just then, the doorbell rang and none of us wanted to get up, but Karan volunteered to and paused just for a moment, to grab me towards him for a quick tickle and then Jay quickly got up and went. Karan tackled me onto the couch, but I slipped out and went to the door with Jay. We welcomed Arya and Rhea and gave them huge hugs and once they came in, Jay, was hesitant to go back, so I hung back with him.
'What's wrong?' I asked him with my hand on my hip.
'This,' he said sighing, pushing his hair back.
'What?' I demanded.
'This,' he said poking my shoulder, 'you're too perfect,' he said chuckling and tickling my sides.
'You're crazy,' I said jumping out of his grasp and rolling my eyes. Then we all went back and resumed our positions on the couch, putting on the movie legally blonde.
Just before the movie started, I picked up my phone and noticed a missed call from my mum.
'Guys, wait a second, I'm just gonna call my mum back,' I said getting up from the room and waking to an adjacent one.
'Alia, hey,' my mums voice came hurriedly from the other end.
'Yeah mum, what's up?' I whisper talked into the phone.
'Did you reply to the dance teacher and accidentally click reply all?' She said sounding really worried.
'Yeah, oh no, I must have clicked it, sorry mum, you know how busy we are, the Internet glitched and oh... It must have happened.'
She just sighed on the other end.
'Mum what's wrong?' I said, hearing her breaths slow down.
'Nothing, it's just you know your dance teacher's husband, he's so nit picky.'
'Mum I need to know what happened? It's not okay if he did something to you,'
'He called your father and me at work and lectured us for twenty minutes. Your father has a new job, it's hard for him to take breaks.'
'I'm really sorry I did that mum. I'm so stupid, gosh,' I said slapping my forehead.
'Just promise me you won't do anything stupid, I've got to go, you have fun at your friends.'
'Thanks mum and sorry again, bye,' I said hanging up quickly.
I walked back into the hall, Rhea, Arya, Jay and Karan waiting for me. They were all sprawled out on the sofa, getting ready to press play. I took the remote from Jay's hand and set it on the tv table.
