Chapter 5 - Chocolate?

Catherine's POV

*Beep beep! Beep beep!*

I slam my hand down onto the keyboard of my netbook as I rolled over to my be-EEEEEED?!?!

*THUD!*

"Well then."

I growled as I was upside down , then crawled my way back , then sat up straight , leaning my back on the side of my bed while I stare at the pile of new clothes , which Ms. Carry secretly bought for me yesterday , on the table just beside my bed.

You see , she noticed that I only had two pair of tops so she decided on buying at least 4 new tops for me.

It wasn't all too girly , the clothes were pretty simple but nice looking and I like it.

I stood up from my bed , as some of the strands of my long hair , messy , black , hair got in front of my face , and walked over to the table deciding which top I should wear first since both of my white and gray baggy t-shirts were still wet because I washed them yesterday.

One was a long sleeved gray shirt with red , dark blue , light blue , yellow , and pink balloons , as well as white little clouds as designs.

Another one was also a long sleeved white shirt with dark blue color dots and a dark blue ribbon on the left shoulder side. I think it's pretty cute.

And the last ones were a short sleeved black shirt , but the sleeves are kinda down to my elbow because of my small stature, with a white heart in the middle , and a white shirt with a black heart in the middle.

I stare at the clothes in front of me and hummed.

I picked the gray long sleeved shirt with balloon and cloud designs because I think it's an adorable yet simple design.

I glanced at the clock of my netbook.

'Wednesday , 6:30 A.M. Okay , so I still have 10 minutes till Adam arrives here at the Orphanage.'

You see , I wake up 5: 40 A.M because Adam picks me up around 6: 40 A.M.

I took a quick bath then combed my long , messy , black , hair , which was still wet , and wore my new gray long sleeved shirt with balloon and cloud designs , then my black cycling shorts as well as my galaxy Converse shoes.

I quickly shoved my netbook inside my backpack and quickly grabbed my backpack as I bolted right outside of bedroom and closed the door.

Walking downstairs , I see Ms. Carry with a plate of two tuna sandwiches and a glass of orange juice , "Here , little Cathy. Have some breakfast first before leaving." , she ushered me as she placed them on top of the table while I took my seat and ate the sandwiches.

Ms. Carry knows about me working at the Sky Media Offices plus , Adam talked to her already about it. I was scared and nervous at first because I thought she wouldn't agree but surprisingly she did and she was very proud of me , it's just that I should go home before 6 or 6:30 P.M.

I hear a car horn outside meaning that Adam was here already.

Finishing my breakfast , I said goodbye to Ms. Carry and went outside of the Orphanage then straight inside of Adam's car.

"Mornin' Kitty Catty."

He greeted as I groaned and rubbed my sleepy eyes while leaning my head onto the seat and hugging my backpack , "Is too eawly fow this , Adam..." , I yawned.
