It took several days for the dust to clear. We were all hungry and dehydrated, though there was food and water. Maybe it was just all inside our heads. Out of twelve hundred people, only ten survived.

    Me.

    Katie.

    Godwin.

    Cloey.

    Zack.

    Emily.

Two from the advanced engineering team.

One chef from the Dining Hall.

One computer scientist, without a computer.

No Crowose. No Steve. At least Crowose was with Dr. Gwen now, far beyond the stars. Had she died on purpose so that she could see him?

As I gazed around, Katie began to chant my name. then everyone else joined in. No, not because I was their savior. Not because I'm one of the greatest people that the Order of the Wicked has ever seen. Not because I've been through so much or that my last name is Ehvil. But because they were declaring me their leader. Lilliana the Evil.
