Sand grains grinding
in the froth of the sea's mouth
Waves pounding
onto the cliff's face
lover to lover, they kiss
and touch and hold, greedily
the waves are slamming
into the rocks
Watching the ocean
violently make love to the shore
Just a taste of the sea's passion
in the saltlick air
winding through the wind
in the eye of the storm's glare.
