Ch. 9

"What are you sorry for?"
I turn to totally face him. "I really wanted to hang out with Jovani I really did. But I couldn't because I just got here and I was gonna be busy. I do like you Jovani I do." Omg I just confessed I liked him. "No I'm sorry Arella I just, everyone goes for Julian and I thought you liked him and I was mad."
"I understand Jovani, I'm sorry once again," I say smiling at him. So we continue to walk down the hall. We finally stopped at a classroom after weaving out way through people. "So, are you gonna come here or should I find you?"
"I think it would be better if I came here to get you," Jovani said while laughing

That laugh.

"Okay then bye Jovani," I say while waving at him. He turns to leave but stops.
"Bye Arella," he smiles at me and walks into the crowd. I sigh in happiness and I turn and walk into the classroom. I see there are a few student in the classroom. Probably all in the halls. I look at the teacher and I notice he doesn't look very old at all, or maybe he looks young? I walk toward the teacher and his eyes snap up.

Blue.

"Hello, my name is Arella and im new here." I said holy cow his eyes are so blue. "Hello Arella my name is Mr. Johnson, I'm the English teacher here." He says while shuffling through things. "I'm guessing you didn't bring much or bring anything at all is that right?" His eyes look up at me and I just nod my head. "Alright then here I'll give you this folder and I can give you a pencil since you don't have anything with you. But tonight you'll have to get some other supplies like some paper, pencils and pens. By since its very close to the end of the school year you don't need much supplies." I smile "Thank you so much Mr. Johnson." I say and I take the items in his hands, I walk towards a desk near the door. The students come in all finding a seat. Some look at me others don't seem to care. Soon the bell rings and the last remaing people come in taking a seat. "Okay class hope you guys studied its test time."

Wtf I better not have to do this.

"And Arella you won't have to do this but I do expect you to know what we are doing." As he says that I can feel everyone's eyes on me. I just nod not knowing what to say. I just sit back while the other students do their test. After what seems like forever Mr. Johnson let's us go. I walk out of the room and I find Jovani waiting for me. "Hey," I say.
"Hey how was your first class?" He says while weaving through the crowd, he holds onto my hang to help me through the students. We are finally out of the large crowd and out hands are still holding on to each other. We both look at each other and laugh. I feel butterflies in my stomach and I smile. Hopefully Jovani feels the same. Me and Jovani are walking side by side our ands are entwined. I can see some girls glaring at me. But I shake it off, we began to walk to another class and we let go. "What class is this?" I say looking around the halls.
"Hey babe, you still coming to my house tonight?" We both turn around and I see a very pretty brunette but I simply can not like her. She walks up to Jovani and puts her manicured hands on his shoulders. She smiles at him and begans talking again. I don't even hear what she says I just walk into the classroom. So much for Jovani liking me right? Wow I'm so dumb, I'm so over guys right now I sit in my seat and I look over to see Jovani walking in. He has a dazed look on his face his hair is a little disheveled. I can't help but feel disappointed in my self to this some one like Jovani could ever like me. And that hurts, because I know I'm nothing special I'm not the prettiest Im not the smartest I'm not the most athletic. And it hurts me to say this but I'm pretty must useless. I sit back and listen to the teacher not caring whether he knows I'm new or not. Jovani hasn't said anything to me and I'm not sure how to feel about that.
