Ch. 10

As soon as the class began it quickly ended. The bell rang and I walked out if the class in a hurry. When I began to walk around the corner. I felt a huge body collide with mine. I stumbled back a little dropping my pencil. I looked up and I was very much astonished at the color of this guys eyes. They were a deep green and I couldn't help but want to melt. "Hi my name is Harry, sorry about running into ya." He has a beautiful accent and an equally beautiful smile. "No no its okay it was probably my fault." I say smiling back at him. "Well its quite-" Harry was interrupted I looked back to where the voice was. "Arella its not what it looked like okay? I'm sorry that happened but she's crazy and has wanted me to come to her house for weeks now." Harry is still standing there next to me. "Arella huh? I like it." Me and jovani both look over at harry. "And who are you?" Jovani steps towards harry. "His name is Harry and we accidently ran into each other. And he was just leaving right harry?" I look over at Harry hoping he'll go along. "Yeah I was just apologizing so sorry again Arella." He smiles warmly at me and glances over at Jovani. Who is acting very weird. "Like I said its fine was my fault but have a good day." I wave at him and I turn my attention to jovani. Who looks like a child that didn't get what he wanted.
"Have a good day." Jovani mimicks me. "What's up with you? I didn't do anything wrong and you're acting like an asshole." I look at jovani his face shows anger. "Whatever forget about it," and with that Jovani turns around, disappearing into the crowd of student.
What was that?
I turn around walk down the hallway. A few students are looking at me obviously seeing the whole situation. I pull out my schedule and I look at what class I have next. I walk to the closest classroom and I look a the room number.

My math class is 348 I continue walking down the hall looking right to left, right to left. Searching for 348, as I'm walking looking around. I see the number and I walk towards it. A few students walking in and they glance over at me. I walk in and notice the room looks very lively, I notice a mop of curls and can't believe that harry is in the same class as me. As I walk in I looked for a spot to set my things at. I found an empty desk and sat my English notebook and pencil down. I walked towards the teacher, she stood up as I got closer. "Hi you must be new here I'm Mrs. Walters here I will give you a notebook and some extra paper." Her voice was strained at the end as she was looking for a notebook for me. I just stand there awkwardly as she rummages around. I look towards harry he's looking at me and he smiles. I smile back and I turn my attention back to Mrs. Walter. She finds what she is looking for and she turn towards me. "Here a notebook for you and I put some looseleaf paper in the cover." I smile and thank her. I turn around and as I'm walking back towards my things I hear my name being called. "Arella....Arella.....Arella," I look over at harry recognizing his voice. I walk towards Harry stopping in front of him. "What?" I say laughing a little. "Come sit by me," he says smiling.

Who could say no to him? Not me.

"Okay I will," I say putting my things onto the desk next to his.
"Okay class let's begin," I turn my attention to Mrs. Walters who is at the front of the classroom. I look at Harry who is completely immersed in what's going on. I laugh a little, is he a nerd? I look up at the board and I start to follow on to what they are doing.

I walk out of the school by myself, jovani is still mad at me or whatever. I see Julian with Mercedes they are a cute coupBeep
I walk towards them, "hey Julian how are we getting home again?" He looks over at me and smiles. "My mom, she should be here soon." I says looking towards the road trying to find his moms car.

Beep..Beep

We look over Notice the familiar car.

Me and Julian walk towards the car, of course after Julian hugs Mercede. I get into the car looking out the window wondering where Jovani is. "Jovani came home early something about not feeling good." I sigh knowing he left school because of me. I lean my head against the window and I already feel a headache coming on. The first day and there is already drama. Soon we are back to our houses. "Thank you gloria," I say while getting out of the car. "Of course honey and don't forget to come by tonight a little after 7 to eat." Shxt I knew I forgot something. "Okay I'll remind my dad," I say looking over my shoulder and I wave at Julian, he waves back at me. At least the other twin doesn't hate me. I notice something to my right, I look over and I see jovani laying down on his bed. I wish he wasn't mad at me even though I didn't do anything. I walking up to my house and I twist the door knob. It opens, "Dad I'm home." I say putting my things on the counter. "I'm over here I was just looking at the Uhaul tracker. It says our stuff should be here soon, tomorrow actually."
"Okay dad I'm gonna go and freshen up a bit. We have that dinner tonight don't forget." I walk up the stairs and I walk into my room. As soon as I get into the room I hear the door bell ring.
"Rella someone is here for you," he yells his voice echoing. "Okay coming." Ugh I literally walked up here for nothing. I walk down the stairs I turn the corner there stands Jovani. His hands are in his pockets and he looks uncomfortable. I walk towards the door my dad standing of to the right. "Can I talk to you?" I look at him contemplating on if I should. Fxck it.
"Yeah," I walk outside and me and jovani are now facing each other. My dad now has closed the door. I look at him expecting him to say something. And he does, "I'm sorry." I stare at him, what a joke. I get up and walk inside I know gloria found out and is making him apologize he doesn't mean that at all. I close the door and walk past my dad to my room I lay down on my make shift bed. I close my eyes and I instantly relax. I slowly drift off to sleep.
