Dreama and Volf went home that night, and in that night they talked about what had happened in their time apart. Volf was pleased to find out that Dreama did graduate and became a doctor, and that she was working on opening her own practice. He felt horrible that he missed so much of her life, and Dreama was upset that she wasn't there for him when he was injured and needed her the most. They fell asleep snuggled together and it was the best sleep they had for the past five years.
Dreama woke up the next moring and smiled softly seeing Volf behind her, and his arm clasped around her waiste and his nose buried in her hair. This was a feeling she missed having for so long and she almost thought she was dreaming that he was home. She rolled over and laid her head on his chest and moved her fingers through the fur that is on his stomach. He chuckled softly and opened his eyes. "hmm love you know my stomach is ticklish when you run your fingers through my fur."
She leaned up and kisses him softliy. "Oh I know that your stomach is but I can never resist with how soft you are on your chest and stomach." He smiled softly and moved his handpaw through her hair and sighed softly just enjoying the moment with his love. Volf knew he was home and loved being home with her and he actually slept for the first time through the night since he left home. He wrapped his arm around her as he held her tight to his chest. Dreama closed her eyes and snuggled closer to him.
"Hmm Volf as much as I want to stay in bed with you today I need to get up and get ready for work." She looked at him and leans up to kiss him softly as he wrapped his arms around her waiste and kisses her back and then turned them over and leaned over her with a smirk. "Perhaps I should let you go to work and I can get in contact with my mom and brother." Dreama nodded and smiled, "Yeah you should go talk to them and perhaps tonight when I get home we can have more snuggle time."
He nodded "Yes we can have more time before I have to go out and scout to see what kind of threat is out here when it comes to the vampires." Dreama looks up at his face and has a worried expression in her eyes. Volf can see that worried look in her eyes and he leans down and kisses her softly. "My beautiful Dreama I will be alright I promise, if there is any fight I will be alright."
She nods her head, "Alright Volf but perhaps you should get yourself a new phone just in case you are in trouble and you can get help." He nods his head, "Alright if that makes you feel better I will do that for you." Dreama smiles softly and leans up and kisses him deeply and wraps her arms around his neck , Volf breaks the kiss and runs his nose up her neck and she giggles feeling his cold nose on her neck. Dreama runs her fingers through his hair contentedly and then wiggles against him with a smirk knowing that he would want more from her when she does that too him. He groans softly "Dreama keep that up and you are going to be late to work for sure." She laughs and gives him a peck. "Well then handsome let me up off the bed so I can get ready for work."
Volf rolls off her and lays beside her on the bed and laughs as well. "You are such a mynx Dreama but I love you for it." Dreama laughs softly, "Perhaps I can end your torture if you want to join me in the shower." She got up off the bed and wrapped the sheet around her body and ran to the bathroom with a laugh as he gets up and runs after her. Dreama ended up being about an hour late for work, though when her co workers found out Volf was finally home they laughed and helped her get caught up with her appointments.
Volf had a smile thinking about the morning he spent with Dreama as he walked up to the door of his brother's house and rang the doorbell knowing his mom was there with him as well.
