Mrs. Martian dropped Lila off at her house, and she hurried inside. After locking the front door behind her, Lila quickly teleported herself downstairs. On her desk sat a brand new book. The Way You Save, It was entitled. Lila excitedly took off her coat and sat down, opening the book to the first page.
Congratulations!
You have done what only one-quarter of magical beings can do, gained your full powers. Now, little fairy, you are ready to help the large world. Now, your training doesn't end yet, but the hard stuff and trials are over. From now on, you are full of power, power of good, to help people, not to harm. Use this power wisely, and don't get caught, or your powers will therefore vanish, along with your memory of anything to do with magic. Read as many books as you can, and learn everything you will need.Lila smiled and closed the book for now. A note slipped out as she did so.
Lila-
Great job getting all your powers. You were able to do the last ones without anyone's help, a fleet that only half of all the fairys in the states attempt. I'm quite proud of you, and I hope you continue to learn, and read all the books that will be sent to you, until of course, you are eighteen and are ready to go out on your own.
-FaithLila laughed. "I feel so happy." She said aloud. She looked around the empty room, and found herself wondering how Liam's test was going.
Lila sighed. She kept getting side tracked from her studies. She teleported herself upstairs and began to make dinner. Pulling some lettuce and cheese out of the fridge, Lila thought about her new magic. She could now sense who was a fairy, and other fairies could now sense she was a fairy. Lila cut up some cooked chicken and put it in her bowl with the lettuce, egg, cheese, and croutons. She put some ranch sauce on top and sat down to eat her salad. Thoughts swirled through her head, and she was having trouble reading any of them. She just needed a break for now.
After Lila finished eating dinner, she went back to her study book, with a renewed concentration. She read through the first two chapters, then was interrupted by the ringing of her phone.
"Hello?" She answered. "Hey girl! Are you ready for another totally awesome day of shopping tomorrow?" Kylie said excitedly. "I thought your mom banned you from the mall." Lila said. "She did. We are going to the thrift stores." Kylie said, "So I'll see you after school." It was a statement, not a question, as Kylie knew her best friend loves thrift shops and would defiantly be there. "Yay!" Lila said. "See you after school. And at school. I'll see ya tomorrow." Lila said. "Byeee!" Kylie squealed. "Bye." Lila said, and ended the call. Then, there was a ding, and a note appeared on her desk. Lila read it, and promptly crumbled to the ground.
