After the two siblings found the box and looked through the stuff in it, they found some pretty, unusual and cool things, but what struck them most was the book. And now they're wanting to find out more.
Buster's P.O.V:
I look at the ground, then the book that my sister was reading and then at her. I couldn't believe what I had just heard, so I grab the book from Winter's grasp, I look at the back of the book and saw that there was nothing there so I looked at the front of the book and saw the title of the book "The Magic in us"
I was curious was this just like a random book or was the book that was written in our family and only to be read and seen by the eyes of our family? Well there's only one way to find out the answer, so I open the book back up again and start reading the next page.
"Us as the members of the Lockwood family, we all have magic in us, as will the future generations of this family, earlier on in this family's history a lot of us lot were evil and practiced the dark magick, but after generation and generation we finally overcame that, but the future generations will be drawn to the power and dangers of dark magick, siblings they will be, one evil and one good, one light and one dark," I read aloud to Winter.
Winter's P.O.V:
After hearing that I know that I'm dark and evil one and that Buster is the good and light one. I could just tell that the piece of writing was about me and Buster, I look at buster and I see that he is looking at me trying to read my thoughts like he normally did but this time it didn't work.
"Buster?" I say, he finally looks like he paying attention to what I'm saying,
"That piece of writing was about us....." I pause slightly and I see as Buster looks at the ground beneath his knees.
"But I'm not going to let it define us, originally they intended for you to be good, light one and they intended on me being the evil, dark one, but we're not gonna let that happen," I said stubbornly with a sure sounding tone of voice as I lean forward and hug my brother.
