You took him to meet your parents about a week ago, and your parents called and asked if they could talk to you. You were on your way to their house. Your mother greeted you at the door.
"Homey I just don't like Luke that much." She started.
"Why not?" You interrupted.
"He just seems to much of the bad boy for my daughter." She said. Your father nodded.
"If you still lived over our roof I would tell you not to see him at all. But since you don't you can do what you want, just no sleeping with him." Your father said.
"But what's so wrong about him? He did screw it up bad when he met you, and that's cause he was nervous because he wanted to make a good impression on you." You said dreading the end of the conversation.
"He wears all black, had a lip ring, and he doesn't hang out with the right people." Your mother counted on her fingers.
"What are the right people then?" You asked.
"Not that red haired boy, he's a bad influence." She said referencing Michael.
"Oh you mean, Michael, Luke's best friend." You remarked trying to make your mom upset so you could leave and go home to Luke. The doorbell rang. You shot up go get it. It was Luke. You stepped outside.
"What are you doing here?" You hissed.
"We are all here to rescues from the grips of your parents and their hatred of me." Luke said pulling you into his chest.
"Honey who is it?" Your father called from the living room.
"Uh." You said into Luke's chest.
"It's me." Luke took your hand and stepping forwards into the house.
"Luke, get out. Y/N stay here." Your dad said shoving Luke out the door. His hand jerked out of your hand and you flung yourself backward to touch him one last time. He made one last arm movement to grab you and when he did you turned and ran out of the door.
"Honey, you can't expect that running away will help your problems." Your mom followed you outside. Luke was talking quietly with Ash.
"I don't but right now I think I can." You said finally breaking and bursting into tears. Your dad tried to comfort you but you slapped his hand away. Luke looked over instantly and sprinted up the driveway to you. He rested his head on your shoulder.
"Are you ok?" He asked in a soothing voice, very different from his usual raspy one.
"No, they hate you." You turned and buried your face in his shoulder.
"And I don't think I can do anything to change that." Luke said hugging you tighter. He walked up to your parents.
"Mr. and Mrs. Y/L/N I don't think I can change what you think of me, but I can't help what I do for a living. I sing in a band, and that includes trying different styles and seeing me everywhere I go. But I truly love your daughter, and I think that because I'm a musician that I will cheat, and ditch her for some model, but I will die before I do that. I could never hurt a girl like that." He choked on the last couple sentences.
"We like him now, I can hold him to his word." Your mom said hugging you. Luke came back from his car and wrapped you in a blanket.
"Are you coming still babe?" He asked taking your hand and kissing it. You giggled and nodded. He smiled and led the way to his car. Right before I could get into the car he spun me around, made sure my parents were watching, and kissed me for the first time straight on the mouth. Paparazzi swarmed around the car. Ash, Cal, and Mikey tried and failed to get them away from you so you could have your special moment. He broke away. You smiled looking at the swarm of people.
