This is what Yumi-chan looks like. I drew it my self ^-^

A Few Years Later

I stared nervously at the doors of the Academy, I'd not been in this situation since that day, long ago, with Hokage-oji-sama. My tail whipped erratically behind me, and I felt my pointed ears twitch. Why was I so nervous, anyways? It's only graduation, right?

Just as I was about to suck it up and get inside the building, Naruto came up behind me, tackling me. "Naruto..." I whined, attempting to stand.

He sat on my back, below my wings, but above the base of my tail. I whined again, but he just cackled evilly at me.

"Oi, dobe." Onii-san snapped, giving him his famous Uchiha glare. "Get off my Imouto."

"No, way, teme!" Naruto yelled, crossing his arms over his chest.

I wheezed a little, shifting below his weight uncomfortably. "Man, Naruto, why are you so heavy?"

"Hmm? ...Oi, are you calling me fat?!" He screeched, flailing his previously crossed arms.

"We're going to be late." Onii-san interrupted, raising an eyebrow.

"Gah! Come on, Yumi, teme! Let's go!" My blonde friend yelled, standing up, and grasping both our hands, dragging us behind him towards the classroom.

Just as we sat in our seats, Iruka-sensei stepped in, looking around at everyone's eager faces.

"Yumi-chan. It's your turn." Iruka-sensei said, gesturing towards a closed door. They made me take a written test, and then asked me to make three bunshin.

"Hai." I grinned, shivering as Mizuki's eyes flashed darkly. "Bunshin no jutsu!"

Three different copies of me flashed into existence, staring expectantly at the two before disappearing again.

"Good job, Yumi. Pick a hitai-ate." I glanced down at the various headbands. I don't know why he said 'pick' they all looked the same to me. I grabbed the one closest to me, tying it around me below my chest and wings.

"Bye, Iruka-sensei, Mizuki-sensei!" I smiled, rushing out the doors towards an impatiently waiting Naruto and and a silent, brooding Onii-san. "I passed!" I squealed, encasing them both in a hug.

"Woah..." Naruto breathed, staring at me in admiration. "That's so cool, Yumi-chan!"

Had this been a month ago I'd have been worried about him passing, but when I heard he couldn't use the standard bunshin no jutsu, If asked Onii-san about other types of bunshin, before coming across one that I was positive would work. The kage bunshin no jutsu. Naruto would definitely pass, I was sure of it.

After the exams, Naruto and I stood near the swing, the only ones alone in the crowd besides Onii-san, who'd left already. Mizuki-sensei approached us, a fake smile plastered into his face. "Ne, what would you say if I told you two I could get you on the same genin squad, hmm?"

Suspicion ran through me, but I shrugged it off, leaning forward curiously. Naruto mirrored my movements, large eyes staring up at our almost malicious seeming sensei.

"All you need to do is retrieve something from the Hokage's office. What do you say?" He asked, tilting his head to the side to make himself seem innocent.

Really, though, it just made him look more like a creep. Nevertheless, I continued to stare at him curiously. "What is it you want?"

::

I clutched the Scroll of Sealing tightly to my chest, and stared at Iruka and Mizuki-sensei yell back and forth. Something about whether or not to tell Naruto some secret. Not that it really mattered, since Mizuki-sensei ended up doing it any way. "The Kyuubi that attacked our precious Konohagakure twelve years ago is sealed inside you! You are the Kyuubi, Naruto!"

Naruto's eyes widened in horror, and his gaze slid to me, as if he was afraid of what I'd think. "Naruto, why would you think I'd care? I'm pretty much a demon, too."

He frowned thinking it over, before nodding vigorously. "Un! Even if I am a demon, it doesn't matter! I still have my friends! Yumi-chan, Sakura-chan, and even the Teme!" He yelled, determined.

I stood up, walking closer so I could sit by his side. "Yup! Naruto's my friend. And Onii-san and Sakura-chan won't abandon him either! The four of us can never be seperated!"

Iruka smiled gently at us, and the two of us stood before forming hand signs. "Kage Bunshin no justsu!" We yelled, and were soon surrounded by a horde of our own clones.

"Onward!" I yelled with a grin, and our clones leapt forward, beating the pulp out of Mizuki-sensei.

Wow, I didn't think I'd be done so quickly. I feel so proud.

Bye~
