  Letter Twelve:
Samuel Roger Hill
(Played by Luke Hemmings)

        Dear Sam,
Take a deep breath. Don't worry about me. I understand what happened to me reminds you of Kelly. That's why you do what you do. You're bitter to the happiest people. They don't realize that's your cry for help, they think you're just a negative person. You take it out on the people who can find a light in their life. Kelly was your light and your light was put out by your abusive father. He's been in jail for most of your life, and you despise him. But in a way, you're like him. No, you're not abusive or a killer, but you both ruin the chances you could have to turn your life around. Your father was given a warning when he came home and almost broke your entire body with that leather belt you feel hit your skin every night since, and he ruined his chance of changing his ways by hurting your sister. You had a chance to change when you went to therapy, but you shut out the people trying to help you and became angry at the world. What you did was reasonable in your situation but you can still change. Your dad was abused as a child and didn't know better. His brain was permanently damaged. You still have a chance to change your look on life and set an example for Kelly, because she's still growing up, just in a different place.
All the best,
                     Cameron
