Letter Eighteen:
Ashton Fletcher Irwin
(Played by Ashton Irwin *duh*)
Dear Ashton,
You meant everything to me. Nobody else knew what we had. Nobody knew that I actually did have a friend. Nobody knew about you and I. I liked it that way, it felt more personal. I'm going to miss you the most Ash. You never let me down. You knew every single thing about me and I knew every single thing about you. My favorite day was spent with you. It was raining, you and I were walking to our special place called Barnes & Noble. We got coffee and cookies and read our favorite book quotes to each other. We walked back home without an umbrella in the pouring rain, not bothering to run or avoid the earth's teardrops. You stopped walking. I stopped too. I remember.
"I need to do this, before you go." You said. I almost didn't hear you, but I'm so glad I did. You kissed me right then and there. I felt like I was in a movie. You knew I would be gone. You knew you couldn't do anything. I told you if I somehow survived, I would never leave you. We both knew I wouldn't make it though. But even with that in mind, you didn't leave. You gave me purpose. You gave me hope. You gave me love. You gave me the best life I could've lived. You gave me a reason. You mean everything to me Ashton Irwin. I love you.
