Dear Diary,

Who writes diary? It's not as if the diary will magically talk back to you and help you with every single problem and sticky situation you get yourself in.I don't even know why I am writing in you! I am definately not the girly-girl and Fred and George know that. George more so than Fred. Oh well, they did go through a lot of trouble to make you so I guess you should be put to good use.

Okay so you are an enchanted blank book that was given to me by the Weasley Twins, for my birthday, so they MUST have done something to it. You are a lovely purple colour but you change every time I touch you. I think they enchanted you to change colours with my mood, kind of like my hair. I am a Metamorphmagus and the queen of Potions. Even Snape can't deal with me anymore.

Anywho, back to the Weasley Twins. Fred and George have been my best friends since I started here at Hogwarts. They were in Year 3 when I came but we were instantly friends. With my genius ideas and their skill, we became the Pranking Kings of Hogwarts. Of course, we all got in trouble but most people do not know me because I am not as 'popular' as the Twins but I couldn't care less. I have other friends like Lottie and Olive, or Olly. THEY ARE MY GIRLS! I don't know what I would do without them! They were there for me when I was getting over George, or trying to, they know my hates and dislikes and they are both beautiful, inside and out. Olly has the most beautiful dirty blonde hair I have ever seen and Lottie has the most adorable Scottish accent and captivating eyes I have ever seen.

I wish I could change my looks to be like them. Okay I know technically I can but I wouldn't do that. Everyone needs their own uniquesness. Including me. Ever since my parents died, the Weasley's have been there for me. Voldemort was a cold hearted bastard who killed them because they were too powerful and were successfully bringing down his reign. He threatened to kill me if they didn't do what he said. So they fought him and I somehow managed to survive. My parent's however, died protecting me. A lot like Harry Potter. He is a nice fellow. I don't know how he can deal with all these other people being so negative like that ass Malfoy and those bitches Pansy and her friends, Natalie, Maeve, Kayla and Daphne. Kayla just makes my blood boil but I don't let her get to me. People don't get that I have anger and pain underneath but I am usually a very happy and cheerful person. People don't understand that what they say does affect me and that I just don't show it!

Lessons are just awful this year! We have this new DADA teacher, 'Professor' Umbrigde. It's not even possible to call her a professor when she makes you read and that is it? She lies and makes up stupid rules while we are left defenceless and Voldemort grows stronger. We will all die if this keeps up! UGH! THAT TOAD IS KILLING ME! I want to pull a large prank on her but if I do, I will get another scar on my hand.

I never got to finish my entry as Lottie and Olly interupted my writing mood and jumped on me.

"AHHH!" I jumped off my bed, my hair turning a ghostly white.

They just laughed at me and I fell to the floor laughing, my hair turning a bubblegum pink.

"Dani you have to hurry up already and get dressed! We're going to Hogsmeade today remember? And we have to meet Fred and George at the Hogs Head!" At the mention of George, I shot up from the floor and got dressed quickly. I put on a pair of skinny jeans and a simple, striped shirt. I got on my jacket and white beanie hat. My black converse were on my feet at the swish of my wand and they laced themselves quickly.

"Done!" I smirked at Olly's and Lottie's surprised faces.

"Of course at the mention of George you speed up!" Olly smiled.

"You act the same towards Fred." I shot back with a smirk as Olly blushed all over. Lottie just smiled and said, "Let's go you two! We have to go see Harry and the others now!"

We all ran out of the Gryffindor Tower and raced towards the small village barely visible fromthe large tower looming over us. We raced towards the visible twins and I jumped on George's back.

He fell and we all laughed. Then we got up and started walking towards the Hogs Head for a meeting about Defence lessons because that Toad won't let us practice magic. So, Lottie and I came up with the idea of forming our own class and Harry teaching us.

We went to the meeting and there were some very annoying people who only came to hear about Cedric's death. He was a nice guy and we were aquaintances. He was missed by many. We met Ginny there and we saw Ron. Whenever Lottie saw him, she blushed and recieved the meanestglares from Hermione. Well "meanest" that Hermione could give. I saw Arabella there and she was sitting next to George. UGH! She knows I like him but does she care? NO! She is a nice enough girl but we have a more hate than love relationship. She is an okay prankster but I am better, no bragging intended.

Harry was really distraught about the whole situation, people didn't believe that Voldemort was coming back. How do they think Cedric died? What? A fairy came and killed him?!? NO! Voldemort came decided it would be fun to take an innocent persons life away. We need to prepare ourselves because they are coming. We all signed up to be on Dumbledore's Army as we were calling it. We didn't know when the first meeting was going to be but I couldn't wait.
