The last chapter you read (14) was a summary of what happened the following days and the days after they left the hospital.
Here is what I have planned next:
The chapters 15 and 16 will be happening a few days after they went home and will be regarding Liam's birthday party.
There will be a chapter after that (17) that will be divided in two parts and the first one will be Harry's first public appearance as the boys go to an interview on the Jonathan Ross Show; and then, to close this pregnancy plot there will be an article regarding the whole thing since the concert to the interview.
After chapter 17, there will be a time jump (backwards) and I will start the story on how they met.
That will be called The Beginning, which will go from May 2016 until August 2018 where we left off.
After the chapters regarding The Beginning, I'll go back to the story's original time (2018) with the chapters 18 and so on, and move on from there.
