She Lost Him...

Chapter 18: First Songs Recorded.

A few days after the wedding, Vernon and Sunny settled down and took care of the baby without having to worry about plans. When Sunny walked passed the room with the microphone, she walked backwards to take another look at it. "What's wrong Sunny?" Asked Vernon as he stood next to her and looked in her direction.

"Nothing's wrong, I just haven't had time to record something yet," replied Sunny.

They then heard Hyunsoo crying and Vernon placed his stuff down and ran over to Hyunsoo's room to calm her down and feed her. Sunny put the stuff that Vernon was going to put away and walked into the baby's room and saw a father-and-daughter moment which made Sunny's heart melt.

Hyunsoo was wide awake and seemed happy and wanted to play for a bit. Sunny carried her around trying her hardest not to trip. Hyunsoo was 7 months old and was able to sit up against the chair and play with a few things. She got a bit heavier but Sunny managed.

When they finished with everything, Vernon took Hyunsoo outside into the garden and suggested that Sunny should record a cover or a song. Sunny though it was time to record something as it has been a few months since she got the microphone.

She walked upstairs and walked into the recording room or Studio. She turned the microphone on, set everything up and began. She sang 'Sing for You' by EXO and recorded it.

5 minutes later...

Sunny finished recording and headed downstairs to sit with Vernon who was watching tv with Hyunsoo. When he noticed Sunny sit down he asked, "How did it go?"

"It was good," replied Sunny, "Do you want to listen to it?"

"Sure."

Vernon and Sunny walked upstairs and Hyunsoo was ready to have her afternoon naps so Sunny laid her down in her crib.

When Vernon walked to the studio, he opened Sunny's recording and played it. Sunny walked in at the right moment as the song started.

Vernon turned around and kissed Sunny as he loved her voice and loved her too. When it ended, Vernon was sad because the song was over and he couldn't hear her voice anymore. "Hey, we should do a duet sometime," suggested Vernon, with his arms wrapped around Sunny's petite waist.

"I would like that," replied Sunny.

"Shall we do one now? I mean we don't have plans..."

"Okay! Let's do one now!"

A few hours of recording later...

Vernon and Sunny had finished recording and were so tired that when they walked downstairs they plopped themselves onto the L shaped sofas and sighed. They were tired after singing 3 songs.

21:45pm

Sunny had finished changing Hyunsoo's diaper and fed her and headed to bed. Vernon was turning all the lights off downstairs and made his way up to bed.

The next morning...

Sunny woke up to the sound of vibrations on the side table. She grabbed her phone and swipe to see who sent her messages. They were from Chanyeol!

TO: Sunbun.
Hey, I heard you bought a microphone? Well, whenever you record something, can I have a listen to it because ever since you sang at wedding, I wanted to hear more of your voice.
FROM: Happy Virus (Chanyeollie)

She texted him back.

TO: Happy Virus (Chanyeollie)
I already recorded 4 songs. 2 are my covers and the other 2 is a duet with me and Vernon. We had fun. But if you want to listen to it, you can come over, I mean Hyunsoo kinda misses you :)
FROM: Sunbun

TO: Sunbun
Okay, sure, I can come over, I'll ask my members if they want to come with me as well. Is that okay?
FROM: Happy Virus (Chanyeollie)

TO: Happy Virus (Chanyeollie)
Sure! That's fine by me!
FROM: Sunbun

Sunny got out of bed and head to Hyunsoo's room and was awake after a few minutes of Sunny texting Chanyeol.

Chanyeol had arrived with his members and they all sat down in the living room. Sunny grabbed her MacBook and sat with them and played the songs.
