Speed's pov:
We were playing mariokart inside my room. I must admit CC is a very talented karter. She could get first even using automatic drifts, and left her banana skins at really blind turns to trip us over. However, all three of us had a lot of fun although Andrina ended up last in the whole game.
It was about 4pm, so CC said, "Should it be time we go home?"
Andrina's eyes fell. "Why so early? I was thinking if since today's a Friday, it might be good to have a sleepover."
Sleepover!? Did I not hear that wrongly!!?? Right after what happened in the early afternoon!?
Silence again.
CC raised her brow.
"Uh......" Andrina said awkwardly. "Maybe tomorrow then..."
CC relaxed her brow. I also heaved a sigh of relief.
CC turned to me. "You're ok with that Speed?"
I nodded my head. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day.
