Chapter 35: Robbery

Narrator (Yami)'s pov:

After a few days, CC's eye was finally healed. With everyone's powers, they managed to fix Cosmia. Finally everything was in place, and it was peaceful.

Or so they thought......

CC, Speed and Andrina were at the train station. They were planning to take a trip to the far borders of Cosmia for a visit.

They bought their tickets and bought some food to eat while waiting for the train.

They were chatting happily when the train for the opposite direction came. It stopped and its doors opened. CC saw that, and thought it was normal. However, all three of them jumped when they heard a loud scream, "ROBBERY!!!"

They quickly turned to see a Cosmian fox lady pointing to the train that came. A robber with a black outfit was running into the train!! CC, without even thinking, dashed forward. However, the train doors closed and the train started to leave.

CC, however, did not give up. She ran onto the tracks and as everyone watched in shock, she chased after the train. Her speed became so fast that she eventually caught up with the train.

The tux knew there was only one chance for this, as the next station is not far away. With a great leap, she somersaulted onto the train and spindashed to the windows to see where the thief was.

Meanwhile, Speed and Andrina, who have regained their senses, quickly generated their wings and swooped off to find CC. When they saw CC on top of the train, they were stunned, but tried waving to her.

The cat did not respond as she was too busy trying to gain accuracy, and not falling off the train.

Soon the train reached its stop, and CC waited in the middle. Some people saw her, and was shocked and confused of how she went up there. However, CC was too focused to notice that. When she saw the person in the black suit run out, the same pink handbag in hand, she did a homing attack and hurtled at the thief, knocking the thief onto the ground.

The thief, stunned, was about to get away, when Speed and Andrina landed in front and behind him. CC saw a dagger in the thief's pocket, and quickly pulled it out and threw it aside.

All the people at the platform stared at them silently.

It was dead quiet.

Finally, a security guard officer, a jocky rhino, ran to them and asked, "Hey, what happened?"
