"Well well I have an opponent. I can't seem to remember you from anywhere. I apologize. Can you help me remember" Rufus says as he closes the book he was reading
"There's no need for that...cus I'm gonna end this here and now!" Gray says
"Hmm...what utter nonsense. The likes of you cannot defeat me." Rufus responds
"Ice Make: Freeze Lancer!" Gray yells and multiple spear like objects made of ice head toward Rufus
Rufus dodges the attack by quickly evading the targeted area.
"Memorized." Rufus says quietly
"Wow. Rufus sure is fast. I barely saw him move!" I say in amazement.
The chair and matter of fact the area is in shambles.
"Bet you can't dodge this!" Gray says "Ice Make: Ice Impact!"
He dodges again.
"Memorized." Rufus says again
"What's that you keep muttering?" Gray asks
"I use Memory Make magic. I'm just using your spells and combining them with other spells to make new more unique spells. Take this for example." Rufus says "Sword of Frozen Black Lightning."
Several different black lightning bolts are aimed at Gray and they hit the ground. Once they make contact with the ground ice forms. The attack hits Gray but he didn't get very hurt from it. Then Rufus starts to prepare another attack on Gray.
"Memory Make: Shrine of Turbulent Fang." Rufus says
On the lacrima television we see several tornadoes surround Gray. He makes a shield of ice to protect himself it.
"Haha..." Rufus says "Memorized... Forget..."
Gray's shield disappears and the tornadoes immediately envelop him. After a bit he's thrown into the air.
"The outcome of this battle is obvious. You can't defeat me." Rufus tells Gray
"That's what you think." Gray takes off his shirt "Ever since I got this Fairy Tail mark placed on me I haven't lost to the same person twice... and I ain't startin' now!"
"Ice Make Unlimited: One Sided Chaotic Dance!" Gray says
Gray spins his arms around and the ice follows them.
"You memorize that?" Gray asks with confidence
"H-Huh... My memorization...it can't keep up!" Rufus has a shocked look on his face
"Its time to finish this!" Gray yells
Gray keeps spinning his arms and several swords made of ice go in Rufus' direction and when they finally reach him it freezes the entire area around him. Rufus becomes trapped in the ice.
"Heh! I've memorized flames that can melt this!" Rufus yells "Memory Make: Karma of the Burning Land!
His spell heats up the ground. Matter of fact it sets the ground on fire and turns it orange. Gray's ice breaks away because of the spell.
"I've seen flames hotter this!" Gray says "Ice Make: Bringer!"
Dual swords made of ice appear in each of Gray's hands. He strikes Rufus with his attack and Rufus is sent flying. Its obvious that Rufus is out cold so that winner of this fight is...Gray Fullbuster!
"Way to go!" I smile
Gray's obviously relieved. He's smiling too.
He takes Rufus' hat and puts it on himself as his trophy for wining the match.
